I've tried giving this place multiple chances because their son is an absolute sweetheart and does great work. However, I believe he no longer works there, hence this review. His parents have struck a nerve with me on 3 different occasions: * The dad/husband blamed ME when he messed up my toe putting on the post-pedicure slipper. He also had the audacity to cop an attitude when he had to fix it - Strike 1 * The same dad / husband got up and left without notice when there were people waiting for services. He came back 30 min later with his kids. I understand you have things to do but the least you can do is give the people waiting a heads-up. Had he communicated he was coming back in 30, I would've left and came back later instead of wasting my time - Strike 2 * The mom / wife's work is simply not consistent. When it's good, it's good but when it's bad, it's REALLY bad. It almost feels intentional, your manicure doesn't last as long and so you have to come back more frequently- seems like a money grab, if you will - so Strike 3 Save your money and go elsewhere 0/10 would not recommend read more

My first & only time I've ever walked out in the middle of a manicure. :/The woman barely got my nail polish off when I left. The technician was very unfriendly from the beginning but I tried to make conversation anyway. As she was filing my nails one was much longer & I asked her to trim. She seemed annoyed. After she fixed it I looked at my nails and somehow accidentally got water from my nails on her I didn't see it but she scolded me and told me that I splashed her & that it wasn't nice of me. I apologized and said I didn't know & was an accident, but at this point I realized I was in a weird situation and better to leave. Horrible customer service, the place was empty I could see why. My daughter's $30 pedicure!! This place is a joke! Took them less than 10min do a kid pedicure and at least could have put on a decent nail polish on her toes. They look terrible! Stay away from this place! I'm scared I may have caught a staph infection! The place is DIRTY and looks unsanitary! I wish I would have stopped and walked out, however, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt! The placed is run by a man and wife and they had their young elementary school age kids there. I respect small business but this place is unreasonable! They charged me $90 for my daughter's pedicure less than 10min work, my pedicure less than 30min work and a simple manicure that was also less than 10min work. Altogether, it was less than 30min. Terrible foot massage and the the lady even went in too deep with the cuticle cutter and cut me. This place does not deserve 1 star....this is a "zero" star place! read more

I got my acrylics taken off followed by a manicure with dip polish. They did an amazing job. The staff was very kind and patient. I had my 6 month old with me. It was my first time getting my nails done alone with baby. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. read more

By far this WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had in a nail salon. Run down, I would not trust the hygiene especially the looks of the waxing room, the least thing from welcoming. My toes look like they were painted by a child. My FACIAL WAX ENDED IN QUITE A BIT OF REMOVED SKIN (see photo) which has never happened, and I get waxed monthly at other salons, I am just in town traveling. The woman's hands also smelled of raw fish, while she was touching my face, I will be lucky if I don't catch anything from that spot. I should have trusted my fight or flight reaction and left as soon as I walked in. You could not pay me to go back for ANY service. I went to get my nails done here I tipped very well when I paid my bill. I wanted to to dry my nails fully but the owner and his wife had a problem with me staying in the store for more than an hour the reason I stayed was because my nails weren't fully dry and due to so many layers of nail Polish I had to stay under the UV light not a fan. there were only 4 people including me in the store: the owner the owner's wife one cliet and myself all wearing a mass and practicing social distancing. the wife came to me and checked on me after, the owner husband in their native tongue signal for me to be checked on. the wife let me dry my nails a little longer after an extra 10 minutes the wife comes to me again and removes my slippers and the husband yells out you have to leave you cannot stay here I said I do not want any problems I'm not ghetto I just wanted to make sure my nails were dry completely dry the wife says you should have use gel nail Polish I told them I will leave I don't want no problems I just stayed because I want my nails fully dry I tipped well I paid for a pedicure there's no 1 else here I didn't know it was going to be a problem they insisted that I leave and that I cannot stay there so I left I will never come back here again they were very rude Nd they also charge extra for a diaposible foot scrubber that other salons don't charge you for. read more

Walked in to get a gel manicure. The staff was very rude and had me sit for fifteen minutes before instructing me to place my fingers in to a bowl of clear liquid which I assumed was water until it began to burn at which point I realized it was pure acetone. I incurred chemical burns on all of my fingertips. When I called the salon to let them know they expressed indifference and became confrontational. I'll never go back and highly recommend you don't either unless you want to go to the doctor afterwards. read more

I've been going to this place since October with no problem until Monday. I got my nails done on Monday & they started chipping on Tuesday. I go back in & the woman gave me attitude about fixing it but she did. Then Thursday i realized my gel was just peeling off, so I called and they told me to go back in no problem. I ask them if they can fix it & the woman starts screaming at her husband who also works there telling him that I have already gotten it fixed and that she wasn't going to fix it for me. (Keep in mind I would have paid to get it fixed even if I shouldn't have) he then started to yell at me in front of the guests nails that he was doing telling me that it's my fault because I didn't get the full manicure and just a polish change. I'm balling in a college budget I'm not trying to get my nails done every week I just want a polish change. After yelling at me in Chinese & English like I was his child, he told me he would fix it but "this is the last time" so I told them no that THIS was the last time & that i'm never going back. They are very quick if you need to rush, but your Mani/Pedi will still look like they spent hours. You can still sit in a massage chair an drink a hot tea on the house. I walked in on a Sunday. They were very busy and I assume doing this on a weekday might be a better idea. They only had three people working. 20 minutes was stated as the wait time but in 30 minutes, only one person had rotated and there were three people waiting and others that walked in and said "I'm back" (indicating that they were already wait listed) in front of me. The technitions seemed very tired and the energy was depressing. I was surprised that other reviewers thought this place was clean: I saw no procedure for cleaning/sanitizing the equipment between customers. The floor was dirty, a lot of clutter, dusty tchotchkes and an unpleasant smell like cooking grease. The atmosphere is not spa-like and more comparable to a dollar store . I left before getting any service and doubt that I'll ever go back for a second try. Obviously, the many positive reviews are an indication of something that I missed. read more
