    While I'm not an attorney but as a seasoned consumer I say this is bait and switch: utilizing their website they show prices "crossed out" with a GREEN lock button that says "unlock instant price" - when you click it you have to proved several points of data, their site then "verifies" that data and you have to enter "the code" once completed your approved to see your price which is "call for your price" so now I don't have a price and they have my data!

    I recently had my 2020 Camry serviced for the first time at Younger Toyota. After trying to schedule the appointment on the phone unsuccessfully, I was able to schedule an appointment online. It was very easy and straightforward. When I arrived, my car was immediately brought into the shop. It took approximately an hour to change the oil and rotate the tires. There was free coffee and pastries for waiting customers. There is also a waiting area with multiple chairs and a TV. There was also the same convenience for small children. The waiting area, restrooms, and showroom were all very clean. It was comforting to see the many service and sales awards they have displayed. The service representative did not try to sell on a bunch of expensive and unnecessary repairs or products My overall experience went very well. I would recommend this dealership for other Toyota vehicle owners.

    They did such shoddy work and I hadn't noticed until I went to clean the car. I just wanted to remove my five star review, and if I could, I'd give them a MINUS 100 if I could! Scott Subetto, the acting manager of the body shop was rude and rolling his eyes when I went back to show him how the bumper and fender do not even meet! Big gaps! AND a scratch on my hood. Nothing meets up or looks straight. SMH. The force of the impact takes it through to the other side, Simple Physics. The energy throws it through to the other side. They even missed the scratch between the hood and fender! Mr. Scott Subetto, the acting body shop manager, and in charge, said to me, "It's from somebody hitting you in a parking lot." Really? Where there's no damage to that other side at all? Way to GO in discounting my complaint and not taking accountability! By-the-way, I got the highest A in College Physics. I'm negligent in observing your mistakes sooner. But I'm not THAT STUPID. Perhaps I can save other's from going here. This guy is a bully and no accountability. And since the insurance company already paid them...DON'T GO HERE!

While returning from an overnight work trip, I impulsively stopped by Sheehy GMC of Hagerstown and was promptly greeted by the amazing Wanda Bennett. I was in my two-day old work clothes: a green "Ocean City, MD" hoodie, a dusty black puffer work jacket, with a beat-up trucker's cap, didn't exactly meet the profile of a Denali buyer. I explained to Wanda of my predicament. She took the time and care to listen to my every word and guided me without the stereotypical high pressure sales. I also met her manager, Chris, who also displayed same calm, professional demeanor. He gave me his best price up front, suggested his professional expertise in regard to my two truck trade-ins. I also informed them, that this was my first stop, and I had three other dealerships to check out. No stringing along, no non-sense. Chris and Wanda wished me luck and promised to follow up. After bouncing from dealership to dealership, my final stop was at a dealership where I last purchased my current truck. To my surprise, I was engulfed in the dreaded stereotypical "car buying experience" at my "own" dealership! They tried to guilt me, humiliate me, contradict me into buying theirs over Sheehy's. In the end, they did offer a very competitive offer for my trade-ins but not without leaving me with a horrible taste of disgust. I left without buying. Next morning, when Wanda followed up as she promised, I initially told her I was going to wait. After mulling over ourselves back and forth, we decided to sell our trade-ins on our own and to go ahead with the purchase. Sheehy GMC of Hagerstown was the farthest from my house, over an hour an a half away. While other (much closer) dealerships were willing to match Sheehy's offer or even beat their trade-in values, we couldn't help ourselves from driving back with delight, back to Hagerstown. The warmth of family, professional courtesy, and no hassle buying is very real at Sheehy GMC Hagerstown! From the finance manager who kindly explained the contract without trying to hard upsell (I did end up buying the Sheehy VIP pass), to Wendy, the evening manager that night who really took care of me when we hit a minor hitch, to Steve, a neighboring salesperson, who kindly struck up a conversation and voluntarily showed me how to operate the truck while I waited, this had to be my most memorable, pleasant car buying experience in my 50 year old, 25-year veteran-salesperson's life!! They had me at hello. Our deepest gratitude to the entire family at Sheehy. Their tag line is "It's that easy at Sheehy" and it really was. Forget 5 stars, everyone deserves 10 stars!     I am writing an updated review for a review I left this week. The manager after seeing my review…read morehas communicated very well with me to address my issues with items I purchased. Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders.
