Not helpful, poor customer service. I booked a consultation , waited 30min and then sat in an office for 5 min for my so called consultation where she said nothing and I asked a few questions. Then the lady who didn't even introduce herself said she needed to get back to her clients and could answer more questions if I waited longer. Unprofessional and poorly ran. omg! what can i not say about this place, when i first walked in the receptionist was so pleasant and explained everything to me. then i got called to the back in about 5-8 mintutes, my nurse jazmin and her assitant was so sweet and patient with me, explaining the procedure and keeping me calm! they both was very knowledgable about my lip fuller and explained after care. at the end i love love my results. i was given exactly what i was asking for a very natural look to even with my bottom lip. i highly reccomand this place. read more

Finding a spot that has good customer service and is good at what they do is very hard. I live in Riverside and I come all the way to Downey for my services, I love it here. I've had facials, Botox, laser hair removal, micro needling with prp, and ultheraphy. Every single service has been great, the nurses are always friendly and staff is knowledgeable and always answers any questions or concerns I may have. Very clean and cute office. Staff nice and overall professional. They're not warm and fuzzy but nice enough. My only gripe is that they take too long. The first time I waited 35 minutes to get into my room and then another 20 to actually start procedure. My 2nd time I waited 15 minutes to get into a room but they left me there with numbing cream for 45 minutes. I had to poke out and ask if they forgot about me. A little more efficiency would be nice since the prices aren't exactly cheap so customer's time is also valuable. But they do a great job. read more

This place is not it. I was really excited to have a local place to go to but it was a disaster. My 1st lip filler/Botox experience was with Fixmeup LA and they did an amazing job and the filler/Botox lasted almost a year. I decided to give this new place a try for my 2nd round and they did a horrible job. The lip injector called my key pout shape lips (weird). They asked me if I wanted some Japanese version of lip filler and I declined. With the botch job they did on my lips now I can just sit and wonder what kind of filler they really actually used. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to let them dissolve my lips. The injector literally spent less than 1 minute injecting my lip with the dissolver. Felt like he was just stabbing me instead of taking his time letting the dissolver enter my lip. Who knows if he actually even put anything in because my lips look the same. Almost 3 months in and my botox already wore out. Products must not be of good quality. I hate to have to leave a bad review but I feel compelled to let my girls know to be careful. *1 star for Vanessa/receptionist, she is wonderful and the office looks deceivingly nice but that's it* read more

These reviews must be from friends. I definitely did not have a good experience. I went in for botox on my crows. The nurse recommended botox under my eyes. I've never had botox under my eyes and I've heard its not good to put botox there. So i was a little skeptical and was asking questions. She cut me off and rudely said well don't do it. Aren't you supposed to educate your clients and explain the pros and cons so they feel more comfortable? At the end of the day you're injecting someone's face and there's a lot of bad injectors. Anyway, very unprofessional didn't feel like i could trust her with my face. Front desk girl was ok she wasn't rude but not professional. These people need better training. read more

I really wanted to like this place, and was so excited for my laser. The price was not bad, and it was close to home. I went for my first session, and the nurse was rushed and didn't even explain the procedure, or even speak to me much. She was really harsh, and I had to stop her at times because it burned. After my first session, I noticed a small dark spot on my jawline, but I took it as irritation and it eventually went away in a few days. I decided to give it another try since they are nearby and I like the convenience of that. Also, in order for laser to work, you need to be consistent with your sessions. The second time, the nurse was a little more friendly and talkative. However, after my second session, I noticed far worse darkening all over my face and neck. I called the spa next business day and explained my issue. The receptionist asked me to text her photos, and stated she would speak to the nurse. I texted my photos, and til this day have not heard anything from them. Not even an apology, or follow up. I forgot I didn't cancel my third session at that time, so I called them to cancel my third session some time after, and they still didn't acknowledge my issue (spoke to the same person I had previously spoken to about my issue). First time here a couple months ago. The girl who did my botox was nice and informative, and did what no other injector has done, which was do a little botox under my eyes to get some minor wrinkles. My face looks great! I got 50 units around my eyes and also a bit on the top of my eyebrows. I live my results. I would recommend them. read more

This place is absolute garbage! Let's start with the people who work at the front desk. The receptionist is unprofessional. She knows absolutely nothing about her position or about the services that Younger World Med Spa has to offer. Putting the rude attitude aside, she also has 0 knowledge about simple things like pricing. They will charge a $25 deposit that is supposed to go towards your services but the receptionist is too incompetent to do simple math and deduct the $25 from your procedure. Let's move on to the person who administers the injections. I originally came in for a Botox appointment during my consultation I attempted to have a conversation with Maria who could hardly speak English. She tried to pressure me into getting more units than I needed, but since this was not my first-time getting Botox, I knew better. She injected my forehead in all the wrong places and now my face looks like I'm permanently shocked. As part of their opening, they provided complimentary B12 shots. The next day I noticed that my entire arm where the B12 shot was administered was bruised. I've had B12 shots in the past and did not have this reaction. The moral of this review is for you to not make the same mistake that I made. Please do your research and make sure that the nurses that work there are all licensed in the United States. read more
