I did not. Mt. Vernon Cleaners lost them, sold them, or gave them to another customer. I'm out $120 for the cost of the pants plus six good pairs of pants. The ladies working there were really nice and let me know they were pretty backed up with alterations (this place is popular!). The turnaround time was about 4 weeks but that didn't bother me. I didn't get a call once they were ready, as I thought I would, so I called in to make sure they were ready for pickup. The jeans fit a lot better than before and even though the back pockets were closer together as a result, they still looked good. The total was $20 which I thought was really reasonable. I would definitely return for future dry cleaning and alteration needs.

My son is tall and extremely slim so having his items tailored/altered is a must. The first initial visit was good however the pants were still baggy. So she had to take them in some more. I picked them up, my son still didn't like them so we went back for another fitting. She said she's never done skinny type pants on a suit before and said some costumers get upset. So she was scared to take them in more. We reassured her it was fine and that it wouldn't be a problem because this is how he likes his pants. Picked them up a third time and they are PERFECT!
