Then when I went to cash out she was the person handling that, none of the items scanned with the sale pricing so she had to do it manually, did not know what she was doing and never asked me about the items I couldn't find earlier so I just bought them on line. They sell a bunch of different stuff, including safety equipment, boat cleaning items, outdoor gear for being out on deck, boat parts, etc., etc. Though geared towards the commercial market, *anybody* can shop there! Sometimes the door is locked and you have to ring the doorbell, but if they are open, they will let you in. And they have a lot of nice sweatshirts, T-shirts, hats, etc. that look good on everyone. And it's kind of exclusive, because you can't find that stuff anywhere else. You can also find a large selection of rain gear, boots, gloves, and other gear for being out in the cold and rain, and the prices are great! I consider it a hidden gem.

We came right over and brought the phone and they told us they had one but it was being held for someone. I asked maybe it was for us, we just called to see if you had any batteries and she said no this was a few days ago. How can you save s battery for someone for a few days when you have a live person standing right in front of you with money willing to buy it. Order another one for this other person. Very strange. We anticipated on receiving the boat for over 4 month since attending the New England Boat Show back in February. My dad was so excited for the fishing season. We showed up to pick up our boat and shocked it was missing the essential necessities we specifically requested and agreed upon at the show. The owner, Wally, was insultingly dishonest and didn't own up to the fact he messed up our work order. He basically didn't process the work order correctly and built the wrong boat. Can't believe he was just going to deliver the incorrect boat to us! He told us he could easily sell this boat to another customer if we don't want it (at full price probably) because he didn't want to honor the discount we agreed to at the show. He accused us of never ordering the t-top cover and any of the color request we wanted - classic bait and switch. If you're considering purchasing a boat from them, i would HIGHLY recommend you to think again. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, disrespect and time. There's so many other options out there. I hope they don't bother attending next year's boat show since they can't deliver the correct final product.

Driving from DC to Maine towing a sailboat on a trailer with what were supposed to be brand new…read morewheel bearings. We started hearing enough squeaking to warrant pulling over and discovered a missing grease cap. Called them up and they said bring it in... Turns out our "new" wheel bearings were completely corroded and they were astonished we made it as far down the road as we did. They stripped off the old bearings, put on a brand new set, and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Courteous, professional, family-oriented people. Can't say how lucky we were to break down where we did! By the way, this all happened within an hour of them closing for the July 4th holiday. Stayed open and got the job done for us.
