I really hate leaving negative reviews because I know everyone is working hard and trying to get by, but our experience was genuinely disappointing, especially given all the wonderful 5-star reviews. As a family, we only get to eat out a couple of times a month due to our budget, so when a meal isn't enjoyable, it really puts a damper on the whole experience.
