It's a family owned restaurant, the owner and son were attentive. The ambiance was super nice in there. I liked that the temperature inside there was not hot or cold, it felt just right. The food was delicious! The crab itself was very good! The crab meat actually had a very good flavor not like at other places. We ordered the mild which is actually mild not like other places where it's still spicy. We ordered the medium on the side and it had a kick to it. Very delicious sauces. I had the crawfish here last night and was pleasantly surprised! I'm usually pretty sensitive to greasy or fatty foods, so I was a little worried that the meal might feel heavy or upset my stomach. Surprisingly, I felt completely fine afterward and didn't feel heavy at all. The crawfish was flavorful and well-seasoned, but what really surprised me was that I didn't feel overly thirsty afterward like I sometimes do after eating heavily seasoned food. I even had a chance to talk with one of the guys who works in the kitchen, and he explained that they use good-quality seasonings from reputable, traceable sources, with properly certified products and some organic ingredients as well. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain that to me. Overall, the food was delicious, flavorful without leaving me feeling weighed down, and I felt good after the meal. I had 1/2 lb of scallops, rice, and an order of their cajun fries. The service was great, and the owner, Nam personally came out to greet and check up on us. Our server handled the entire group with grace, accommodating to our orders. The scallops $22 were a bit salty but went well with rice. It had good flavor. I would get that again. The owner informed us the scallops are from Japan. Wow, I didn't know they were sourced so far away. The cajun fries came in a large order. They were thin and overly seasoned. I found this place on Yelp while searching for crab, and Cajun Crawfish Stop popped up. We came in around 2:15 PM, right after they opened, and they had just received a fresh shipment of seafood. As soon as we walked in, the owner greeted us with a warm welcome. It was a really hot day, and he thoughtfully seated us right next to the A/C, which we really appreciated. We ordered a pound of white shrimp and a pound and a half of snow crab. For the seasoning, we chose all three flavors, and I'm so glad we did.
