I'm extremely disappointed with the service we received at this location. We came in for a simple…read morealignment, but were told that certain parts needed to be replaced before they could perform the service. We agreed based on the information provided at the time. However, once I reviewed the receipt, the pricing was unacceptable. They charged $130.99 for a part that actually costs $56.00 -- a 133.91% markup. That is more than double the real price, and there was absolutely no clear explanation or justification for such an excessive increase. This level of overcharging shows a clear lack of honesty and transparency. I expect straightforward communication and fair pricing from any automotive shop, and this experience failed on both. I left feeling taken advantage of, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I will not be returning.
