Just apologize and say something along the lines, "I fucked up, I'm sorry I put it off" or "I didnt give a shit about my emails for 2 weeks but I'm on it now" I would not be writing this if he took that route. He took my money and he told me they'd be filed as soon as he received my documents. I called him and talked to him on the 15th. He told me he'd check. He didn't. I did my part he didnt.
