I then checked the Cadillac website and saw that the sensors were listed online for $47.00 each. AJ would never have done something like that to me. He was understanding and always made sure to take care of you. I will now be going to Cadillac in Warren or Chevrolet in Eastpointe, as I have never had any problems with them.

Rich C. ended up chatting with us towards the end of our visit. He's the same sales person that had dealt with my mom's last purchase many years ago. My mother was able to get an idea of size of an Escape (ICE) and a Bronco Sport. Rich and his team member were both friendly and helpful and made my mother feel quite comfortable and at ease too.

Now they lost my keys. 2 new key fobs later, I break down because it was never fixed right the 1st time. So much for that Premium warranty. Over $800 later I wonder if my car is even fixed. Then, they gave me my car back, after a 4 point inspection, with my check engine light on because my tire was low. So thanks for giving my car back finally with the check tire light on.
