Came for the drinks, stayed for the food! Every cocktail on the menu is well curated and will leave you wanting more. If you get hungry they have an insane sandwich menu along with some tasty snacks.

Lives up to the hype. Service was prompt, ambiance was elevated casual. Was in town for a conference and went to try the hot nug and cacio Pepe fries. The fries were so unique and perfectly crisp! The cacio seasoning was well balanced and paired so well with the chili sauce. As far as the chicken sandwich goes, think of one of the best ones you can imagine and that's it. Perfect balance of spice, sauce, mayo, pickles etc. Happy I decided to go try it out !!

What a fun place! We were in town for the weekend, found this place online and decided to check it out for dinner since it was around the corner from our hotel. So glad we did! The service was great from the host who seated us to our fantastic server who made some great suggestions. We shared the Pimiento cheese and potato chips - yum - and the Friday special fried fish sandwich which had a really good, light breading and was cooked to perfection. Then we decided to try the Atlantic beach pie based on our server's recommendation - and we're so glad we did! It was amazing with their Dole whip cocktail. Crowded, fun and great food - this place is a winner!

It's nearby the convention center and offers great options for drinks and food! There is a small dining area and bar seating , but it also has a carry out option. We were able to sit at the bar and the staff was attentive to our needs and answered questions about the menu as well as provided recommendations along the way. I had the RPG which was so good! I also underestimated how big the sandwich would be and got the Seattle fries as well. The fries were described as a poutine and were good as well but too much of the same saucy flavors for me at once. The Dole Whip drink is a carbonated drink and was just my speed! I loved it!

One of my new favorite sandwich spots. The char siu pork was seriously one of the most flavorful sandwiches I've ever had! It was light yet fatty in the best way. Don't sleep on the homemade French onion dip!

Arrived right at 11 on the weekend and got a great seat in the window. Service was personable and attentive. Food came out without too much a wait. I'm still dreaming about the cacio e Pepe fries. Also split the RPG and the Nashville chicken sandwich (has a kick to it!!). The bread held up great, large servings, tasted fresh, and the flavors were bold! Would highly recommend!

Small hole in the wall with sandwiches, fries, dips, and unique drinks. The Midori drink was waaaay too sweet, tasted like a jolly rancher. The dole whip was yummy. Also sweet but smoother. The clean dirty martini was very salty. The pickle juice cocktail was surprisingly good. I'd go again and try some different stuff and food, interesting place.

What a neat little place! We ordered our food at the walk up counter, were given a toy instead of a table number card so the waiters could find us once we were seated, and got off the walk-in waitlist in only 10 minutes. Service was prompt, the sandwiches were great (note that the caul me maybe is served cold and spicy panes con pavo is served hot), the fries were novel (the Calabrian dipping sauce was a welcome surprise), and the drinks were superb. I love a clarified cocktail so when I saw their seasonal drink list included a clarified orange creamsicle, I had to try it and that was truly the best drink I've had in DC.

We loved everything! Our sandwiches were crazy delicious. The flavors in the crispy and juicy vegetarian sandwich were surprising and crave worthy. The servers were really sweet, and the place was very cozy. Definitely going back.

The cauliflower sandwich had amazinggggg flavor! The club sub wasn't bad, I did really love the ranch in it!

Cool sandwich spot with a walk up counter and small bar/seating area. Love the decor and vibes here and everything on the menu sounded amazing. I wanted to get something unique so I ordered the RPG which includes char siu, garlic mayo, bok choy, and duck sauce. It's a massive sandwich! And loaded with char siu so you definitely get your moneys worth. The first half was good but the sweetness and sauciness of the sandwich was too much for me to finish the other half. If it came with daikon, cucumbers, or some other fresh/crunchy veggie to balance out the sauce I think I would've liked it past the first couple bites. I didn't see they had breakfast sandwiches until after I ordered (they're not on the board) but I'll try and circle back to try one of those next.

We attended an event in the convention center and were looking for a new lunch spot to try. I saw that Your Only Friend had sandwiches and that was the mood (+ they're my only friend). Two areas: a counter to order for take out, then off to the right, a large bar with tables for dine in seating. People here were laid back, great service, and really good food. It was still earlier enough for their brunch menu. I got cacio e pepe fries, a chicken biscuit, and a cider. The sauce that came with the chicken biscuit was like crack.

Was in town for Spring Break and got to stop by here for a bite. The menu is what drew me in. Turned out to be the best thing I had on the trip. I wanted to try the shallot dip but that wasn't ready yet so I started with the pimento cheese and some cacio e pepe fries. Both were really good. The sauce with the fries had a little kick to it. I ended up getting the Mort & Mootz... and I just thought it was too die for. Easily a top 3 sandwich that I've had and possibly my number one. It was that good. Tried to figure out a way to swing by and get another one before I left but just didn't work out. Anytime I am up in the area, I'll be sure to swing by. If you were looking for a spot to check out, I highly recommend this spot.

Chicky Pepe no 2! Delicious and slightly spicy but like in a good way. Leaves a warm feeling in mouth.

Chadol Korean BBQ was such a fun pick for our monthly dinner series! My friends and I had a great…read moretime and honestly left fullllll. For $45 per person, the all-you-can-eat experience feels like a really solid deal considering how many protein options and side dishes you get. They start you off with a variety of banchan (side dishes), including a salad with this super tasty dressing that had the perfect little spicy kick. For the BBQ, we kicked things off with the spicy bulgogi and butter garlic shrimp, while the others tried the pork belly (I don't eat pork). Later we ordered the steak, spicy brisket, and grilled squid, which were all delicious. The spicy brisket especially was a standout for me. The guys also ordered two rounds of fried dumplings that looked amazing, but since they contain pork, I had to sit those out. I'd love to see Chadol add a veggie dumpling option to the menu! As for the sides, the kimchi and cold glass noodles were both hits at our table, and of course we all added white rice. The "mashed potatoes" though? Definitely more like potato salad and unfortunately very bland. On the other hand, the cheese corn costs extra but is 1000% worth adding. For drinks, the guys enjoyed the Woody Old Fashioned while I had a mezcal margarita-style cocktail that was smoky and refreshing. We also ordered one of the chicken options but never received it and eventually just gave up on it. One of the coolest parts of the experience is the ordering system. Most meats are ordered directly from a machine at your table, and the food comes out quickly on this conveyor belt-style setup which was honestly so fun. Drinks and side dishes are ordered through the servers. The atmosphere was lively and energetic without feeling overwhelming. The restaurant is actually much larger inside than I expected, with a modern setup that works well for smaller groups. That said, I didn't really notice tables for larger parties, so I'm not sure how they accommodate groups bigger than 6 people. Service started off a little rough because our server wasn't very attentive, but after I called it out, he definitely stepped it up and things improved. Overall, Chadol was a really good experience and absolutely worth the price. The 1.5-hour seating limit makes sense too, both to keep things moving and give others a chance to enjoy the experience. I'd definitely go back!
