Wow! New owners, new look...terrific product and service! This place got a deservedly bad wrap in the last year or so of its previous ownership. But, wow have things turned around. The renovations have opened the place up...it's got a more comfortable feel and the big wall the separated the dining area from the ordering line is gone. Folks may not like the "pick your own" ingredients line that Your Pie was known for, but the see through kitchen is great and makes for a terrific look. The pizza tasted fresher and the crust was fantastic. It looks like the menu has some new pizza offerings, plus a variety of salads, sandwiches, pastas and wings. Not so broad a menu to do too much poorly. There's a similarity in product, just diversity in offerings. I'd recommend the new ownership update their Yelp photos to celebrate their new investment. Always a great experience at your pie Milton. We got seated quickly and our server was great! The drink sizes are very big. Side salad and pizza to share for 2. BBQ chicken is an all time fav and was made to perfection. They are also great with customization. I don't eat pork so removing bacon was easy. Food came out fresh and quickly! Excellent service! They always greet me whenever I come inside. The employees are always so nice and friendly. They are usually pretty fast when it comes to the food, but there have been a few times where I've had to wait, but I can't complain too much because when that happens it's pretty packed. We go back several years ordering from this location. Recently, they changed their M.O. Firstly, I had to order more than we wanted just to get it delivered. Admittedly it was a small order but they tacked on $6 for a delivery charge. I added another $2 just for good will. The total soft cost was $8, a 30%+ gratuity on a $25 quick order for this repeat customer residing about a mile+ nearby. Some 45" later I received a regular size pizza with a total of 7 pepperoni slices to scantily top the entire 14" pizza. In addition, the second pizza, the 10" size had about 60% of it covered in cheese. I took photos. It appears they didn't like nor want our small order, but instead were spiteful, trying to irritate us since we ordered lightly. They succeeded! I recommend our good neighbors should try some more established pizza parlors nearby. This is not a very enticing way to do business with an upscale customer, delivering nearby in a high end neighborhood. In fact, we'll share this experience with our homeowners association. I'm not inclined to do business here again. Certainly, we'll save our large orders for the more humble family pizza businesses who appreciate our business regardless of the size of the order and the coerced tip. read more

The staff here steps up their game in March and did not disappoint. I came here for "Pi Day" - March 14 of every year Your Pie sells pizza for $3.14 all day. These places get slammed. This is one of the better places we have gone for getting a custom pizza for $10. We actually come here about once a week. I wanted to bring up a manager that we think there's a fantastic job. His name is Jamie Rhodes. Every time we have gone in there he's asking customers how we are doing, guides, his employees, us and gives us wonderful service. He seems to really care about his job takes pride in it. One of the disappointments is that when we came in here the last time, we usually have a very good beer selection to go with our pizza. We heard there was new management, so we hope they will continue the practice of having some wonderful craft beers going forward. They have a drive through at this location. The inside was empty around lunch on a Saturday. They have white and wheat pizza pizza crust. Many, many toppings included in the price of $8.99 it's a little bigger than a personal pan. However, today I received service equivalent to nothing I have received in my 57 years on this god forsaken planet. Walking into the restaurant, I accidentally slipped on a Starbucks cup left outside. As I was falling, a brilliant young man dashed to my aid and saved me from my fall, possibly preventing serious injuries I could have suffered. This was a start, but it continued. After receiving my pizza, which was fabulous for freezer food, I was confronted by the young lad. The best part of the day was not him doing anything out of the ordinary, but he was genuinely interested in talking with me about my 4 divorced wives. We had a long chat, shared some laughs, and I continued on with my day. I decided to leave a review for the young man, who I believe was named Caleb Bucket. I come into your pie and I order my pasta and I go and sit down and wait. While no workers are present in the front, the pasta takes a disturbing amount of time to cook and I'm concerned. When it comes out, as expected, it's burn with black charred spots everywhere. The overweight white lady gives a bland excuse claiming that "their oven is on really low temperature" and when I go up again to say that it's really burnt and if there was any way this could be resolved, she lies and gives me another excuse to say that it's perfectly normal. I can't give enough props to Jacob and Emily. Jacob you always listen to our feedback and open to any and all suggestions. Emily you make you patrons feel so welcomed and like they have been your friend forever. I wish the bar area could be a bit bigger but it has allowed those of us that come in on Thursday Pint Night to get to make new friends. The beer varieties are fabulous and enjoy supporting so many of our local breweries. As far as food goes, you can't complain as you are the one that is responsible for your own pizza slide from sliding into the oven. I know they have great looking salads, I haven't eaten one though. I would suggest this place to anyone and Jacob keep up the great work in running this awesome pizzeria and selecting such great staff. read more

The ingredients are chopped into tiny chunks. The garlic is not fresh. I asked the preparer to add more onions and and she just added like 5 slivers. Same with other ingredients. By the the time I got to the Oregano, I figured her out. When she just sprinkled a bit on only ONE-HALF of the pies, I didn't say anything. I am not coming back.
