The first at time I went Your Pie in was a great experience. Wonderfull food, great local beer and the pizza was fantastic. Unfortunately all good things come to an end. My last two orders were made online. Left to p/up dinner and they indicated they never received the order. I waited well over an hour only to leave arrive at home and noted that each pizza they provided was clearly for another order. The manager did provide coupons for future vista but upon closer inspection all coupons we're expired. The final "straw" was yesterday evening. 4 pizzas total and they sent us home with two southern heat (buffalo chicken pizzas) that were not only were incorrect (again) but each looked like been sitting in an oven or under a heat lamp for well past the expiration date. Absolute trash --especially at the prices they charge. I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. read more

The pizza was good but soggy in the middle, and they're stingy with toppings. If I'm getting 2 toppings, I need more than 3-4 pieces of toppings. Charging 1.00 more for green olives is a stretch. We have only eaten the pizzas, which have always turned out very good, but this location must have a very high turnover of staff. They're very young and alway seem a little disoriented behind the counter. Recently, the pizzas that were brought to us were not ours. I mentioned to the staff that maybe they had given our order to the lady before us with a takeout order. He said he would check, but nothing happened. The young man went back to working the register. We had to go back up there and ask because they had no idea what we had ordered--nor did anyone bother to ask us. By this time there was a very long line for pizzas, which meant a long wait for our pizza. We were only offered a complimentary ice cream scoop, which I didn't want. Also, the tea needs to be made stronger. We're in the south! It tastes like water with a hint of amber color. We convinced our friend to join us for dinner tonight and raved how great Your Pie was. Unfortunately, Your Pie let us down and did not live up to the hype. Your Pie has a unique pizza dining experience where you stand in line similar to Chipotle, and have someone make your meal in front of you. If you are new to the place, it can get confusing, especially during a promotional period when they advertise kids meals for $1.99. Naturally since it was our second time there, our orders went smoothly. Unfortunately, for our friend with her three kids it did not go as smoothly. My friend has three kids under the age of 7 that went through the line and placed their orders while she was reading through the menu to figure out what she wanted. Our friend assumed that since her kids were ordering that were getting the kids meals. The staff did not ask if the pizzas that kids were ordering were kid's pizzas and continued to robotically go through their task and whip out three pizzas. After she placed her order and headed to the register to pay for her meals, she was surprised that they did not get the kids meals for her children. When she asked if she can get the kids meals, they refused to give it to her. They told her that 10 inch pizzas where made for the kids and it was too late. She explained to them that she did not know the process and that they should have asked her if her kids where getting kids pizzas. The person behind the counter did not care and told her she needed to pay for the adult price. After over hearing what was going on, I called the owner over and asked him why our poor friend could not get the kids pizza and he continued to explained that they made 10 inch pizzas and not 7 inch pizzas, so he could not honor the kid's meal price. Basically telling us it's too bad for you. He was clearly not willing to work with us and it was going no where. It's too bad that Your Pie does not value good customer service. I refuse to patronize places that are more concerned about their bottom line and put no value in their customers; especially when the difference of a 10 inch pizza vs a 7 inch is the dough that they are cutting off anyways and offer it to kids to play with. Really?! Will I recommend Your Pie to other people? Probably not and it's too bad because we don't have a lot of good family food options where we live. Me and my family enjoy each time we come here. Their pizzas may seem small at first but they fill you up! Their customer service is great and very friendly. Ordered online for curbside but there were no instructions for how to get it outside the store. So had to go in and stand in the waiting area for a few minutes. Nearby tables were full of diners. Pizzas were good but panini was too small and definitely not worth the price. My kids finished it all by themselves pretty easily. Food was just ok nothing extraordinary. I stopped in here yesterday with my son - first time visiting a Your Pie location. I really enjoyed our visit! The pizza was good, but I really was more impressed by the friendly staff. The woman who waited on me was named Karishma and she was a delight. Just one of those people who puts you in a good mood. We did some research and like the concept but was skeptical that you could go choose your own pizza and get it in 5 minutes. Thought that the quality might be lost in that amount of time. 2 mi pleasant surprise it was an easy process the condiments were Good and Plenty full to choose from and we got both pizzas in 5 minutes. This is some of the best pizza I have had around here, but even more importantly the service was phenomenal! The pizza was delicious, and there was a wide selection of toppings with something to suit everybody's unique taste. The gelato was also amazing, a perfect desert on any occasion. Most of all, the one thing I will rave on and on about was the quality service. In my opinion, this is what puts this Your Pie location above all others. The worker that we interacted with was a young man with the name of Kyle. He was so cheerful and had patience with my incompetent friend who could not distinguish mozzarella and marinara. He was extremely polite and seemed very happy to be there. We need more people like Kyle in this world, and I hope that one day my children will grow up and have the manners of this sweet worker Kyle! read more

She ordered the peach prosciutto pie, and it came out with cold BBQ sauce, instead of balsamic vinegar. The shift manager apologized, but my daughter and I, had finished before my wife could get the second pizza. Food is great, but customer service, lacking. We went to Your Pie last night hoping to have a similar experience to Blaze Pizza downtown. ZERO comparison! Blaze was organized, speedy, fresh and delicious. Your Pie was the opposite. There was no flow, the prep table was messy and all of the toppings were low to empty. No smiles, no urgency. The little girl with the nose ring was chewing a wad of gum, and the "head kid" kept taking off his hat and rubbing his head. No hand washing. The pizza was fine but definitely a one and done. As a fan of Your Pie, I was thrilled to find a brand new location here in Cumming! The owners just opened this restaurant over a month ago and I've already visited several times for lunch and dinner. The restaurant has a spacious area to stand in line and walk through to place your order. As a creature of habit, I stick to the buffalo chicken panini and (INSIDER TIP: ask for) the KP special pizza. It's SO GOOD! For dessert, I always get a small cup of gelato to satisfy my sweet tooth. There's a bar area in the back nook of the restaurant, too! It's a one stop shop for lunch/dinner, drinks and dessert. While the food is delicious, the thing that keeps me coming back to this particular location is the friendly staff and owners who are always ready to help and accommodate! The owners are smart, hardworking and polite, and will go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your experience at this Your Pie! It's definitely a place I recommend going! read more

I will swear by the Lawrenceville-Suwanee Your Pie, and expecting just as exceptional service and tasty pizzas, decided to try this location. It was disappointing. The selection of vegetables is smaller and the worker put such small amounts on the pizzas I ordered. He put two pieces of fresh mozzarella and I had to constantly ask for more just to get four pieces of cheese and got an average of about 3-5 pieces of everything else I put on the pizzas. Will definitely not be back and instead will continue to spend my $20 on better Your Pie pizzas at better, less stingy locations. read more
