By far my favorite pizza place in town. I almost don't want to leave this review because I kind of want to keep this place a secret. Every time I go, I'm reminded why local pizza spots will always beat the big chains. The smell hits you the second you walk in, the staff greets you like you've been coming there for years, and before you know it you've got a fresh pizza in front of you that's miles ahead of anything else around. The crust deserves its own paragraph. Somehow it's crispy, chewy, buttery, and light all at the same time. The sauce actually tastes homemade, with just the right amount of sweetness and seasoning, and the cheese is the kind that stretches halfway across the table when you pull up a slice. Every topping tasted fresh, and nothing felt cheap or thrown together. You can tell they actually care about what they're serving. What impressed me just as much was the people. Everyone working there looked like they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. I have to give a special shoutout to Zander and Jordan because they honestly made the entire experience. Those two are the definition of outstanding customer service--friendly, professional, and always making sure everyone is taken care of with a smile. They somehow keep the place running smoothly even when it's busy, and you can tell they genuinely care about the customers and the restaurant. Employees like them are hard to find, and they're a huge reason this place stands out from every other pizza spot. If they ever leave, I'm not sure the restaurant will ever be the same. Give these guys a raise--they've absolutely earned it. The place was spotless, orders were flying out of the kitchen, and even with a busy dining room everything felt organized. It's the kind of restaurant that makes you want to become a regular. I've eaten pizza in New York, Chicago, and a bunch of local places across the Southeast, and this honestly belongs in the conversation. It has that perfect combination of incredible food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere that's getting harder and harder to find. I ended up ordering way more than I planned because everything looked so good. Not a single bite disappointed. Even the leftovers somehow tasted amazing the next day, which almost never happens with pizza. If you're debating whether to stop here, stop debating. Just go. Bring your friends, bring your family, or go by yourself--you'll leave full and wondering why this place isn't talked about more. we had lunch at my pie today and the pizza was good. But, the restaurant was not clean. Tables had not been wiped off floors had not been swept. The people who were working, once we got our pizza one was sitting outside on her phone, and the other person was at the bar on his phone. They appeared completely out of it and made no effort to help customers or move the line along. When we finally got our food, it was terrible, cold, poorly made, and nowhere near the quality Your Pie is known for. To make matters worse, we ordered a meal combo with gelato. When I went to the counter to get my gelato to go, I was told it would be a 15-minute wait just to scoop two servings of ice cream. There was no line, and nobody waiting for food. The lack of urgency, customer service, and basic competence was shocking. For comparison, the Your Pie locations in Dahlonega and Gainesville are 10/10, fast, friendly, and consistently great. As soon as I walked in, I saw the pizza dough with a day dot 4 days old. The dough was so old, it had that dried out crush on it before cooking. The white girl behind the counter looked so stressed out, I couldn't help to feel sorry for her. If you know your business is going to busy on a Saturday afternoon, maybe you can schedule more than 2 people. Our family has been coming here since the day that they opened and the convenience factor of being in the same plaza as Target was a bonus. But my last couple of trips here have lost me forever. My wife and I were ordering our pizza and there was no other customers in the store, we selected our dough, sauce, and as we we're moving on to toppings another customer walked in. Placed a mobile order at 7:01pm for 2 10" pizzas, said it would be ready at 7:16pm, we get to the restaurant at 7:28pm and they didn't even start the order and their was no customer even waiting. I love the option of customizable pizzas and build your own! I stopped by here today after placing an order through the app. Given the pandemic, I like having the option of picking up or curbside pick up, and all the employees were wearing a mask correctly which made me feel safe. I choose to get the Alfredo sauce, chicken, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and chicken. Overall, the pizza did not feel heavy and was quite feeling. All the toppings felt fresh and it tasted amazing! I swung in here with my daughter for a quick bite. She has been here before, but at a different location, and she expressed how much she liked it, so I wanted to come check it out. It's a create-your-own pizza place. They also serve paninis and salads. It is definitely a family friendly establishment. Service was equally as friendly, and prices are reasonable. My daughter cracks me up. I'm the queen of toppings/condiments, and she's the definition of plain Jane. All the sauce options and topping options available and she goes for the marinara with cheese. Haha! She's a dream customer, flat price for the one boring topping she gets. You choose everything from the dough (white, wheat, or can even get gluten free) to the sauce to type of cheese to meats to dressings to assortment of veggies. They even have the calorie content of each, which is a nice feature for those who care. I got my daughter the kids meal, which included a fountain drink and one scoop of gelato. They also have beer and wine, side salads, cheese sticks, chips, and brownies. Good selection. I tried her pizza, and it was decent. I like a bit thicker crust, but overall it tasted pretty good and there was plenty of cheese on it. I'd have to have a better measure of things when I come back and order it the way I want it. Kids meals are only $5.99. This is a great choice for a quick and easy and cheap meal for the kids and adults even. This is the 3rd time it's happening which means there is something wrong in this place. I don't like to compare but I think MOD has much better options when it comes to toppings and also much better customer service. So I ordered the gluten free pizza and kept on waiting without any update. When I inquired about my missing pizza they said it got burnt if you want you can have that or we can make you a new one. I mean seriously if I want I can have burnt pizza after paying $17 for one 10' and getting only 3 veggies as they were out of veggies, I should have burnt pizza. I had eaten at the Buckhead location two times before and really enjoyed it. It's a cool concept. At this location, I was sorry to see the previous restaurant, Shane's Rib Shack close down but happy when I saw Your Pie move in. Today my wife and daughter and I tried out the new location. I ordered the white shell with pesto sauce and spinach, garlic, red onions, basil, jalapenos, bacon and sausage. My wife gave me a slice of her oil based pie and it was excellent. She must have got a lot more cheese than me. We got a couple of gelatos and they're very good. We had blood orange and salted caramel. Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. This store has gone downhill in recent months. Feels like it's new management, because it's all new staff each time we go in and there are far fewer than before. Tables aren't cleaned and trash is overflowing the bins. And tonight I experienced a first: after we had ordered and received our food, one of the teenage staff came over to explain that he had forgotten to add the surcharge for gluten free crust and asked us to come back up and pay the ~$4. Not sure what has happened to this YP location over the last 6 months to a year, but tonight was our last time giving this place another shot. What "used to be" one of our favorite pizza places has simply lost all quality or reliability in what should be one of the easier food items to excel at. Nearly $50 for 4 10" pizzas (two just simple cheese and red sauce). I typically order the Lineage pizza...my pizza this evening looked like all of the toppings were wiped off the pizza and then just a few toppings were reapplied? All of us thought the dough may not have been prepared correctly as it was an odd consistency...really thin and not the normal taste we were used to. The cheese sticks were almost inedible. If you can't get cheese on bread right, you're in the wrong business. We have given this location more than one opportunity to make some noticeable effort to increase the food quality but they hit a new low this evening. We won't be returning. I see others have commented on the super small pizza size now and ours were exactly the same...only approximately 7" across for what is supposed to be a 10 inch pizza. My only guess is that this is new management making cutbacks on toppings or training the staff properly. The young adults working here are always very nice, but that would go much further if the pizza was the quality it once was. read more

The GF "dough" was premade and like cardboard and it was over a $5 up-charge. The toppings including the sauce slid all over with no real connection to the "dough". Your Pie was an alright visit. When you walk in, the staff is slightly unorganized and kinda scattered, but they were pleasant. I think this area needed a Make Your Own Pizza place so I'm happy I finally paid a visit. I think its a nice place to bring families, and the owners of the place seem friendly. When I got the pizza, it did not taste very fresh, but the ingredients didn't really look super fresh to begin with. I also felt like they were stingy with the toppings - I had to ask for more toppings a few times. My prior experience at a build your own pizza place was Blaze. While our meal was ok at Your Pie, the pizzas were tiny by comparison - I literally could not see much difference between the regular size pizza and the 7 inch kids pizzas that were coming out of the oven. Additionally, they do not offer nearly as many toppings as I would have expected. This, combined with the fact that they were somewhat skimpy on the amount of each topping they put on, I did not feel as if this was a very good value. Lastly, while I get the pay one price concept, there is a very high population of people that only want a single topping - and other similar chains have figured this out and accommodate it by offering a single topping pizza price Instead of charging them for all of the other toppings they don't want. This is something that should be seriously considered since it seems to be a recurring theme in the reviews as well as comments I heard at the restaurant. read more
