When you're paying to eat out, you expect the food to taste fresh and have a little more care put into it. The service was fine, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. Overall, I wouldn't say I had a horrible experience, but I also wouldn't say it was great. For me, it was just an average experience with the food being the main issue. I'd consider giving Kiki's another chance in the future if the food quality and freshness improve.

Jacob was quick to respond, super helpful, and so easy to work with. He let me customize the menu to the foods our group liked, and it ended up being perfect.
