Came here on a very snowy evening. Not many people which is good because the restaurant only holds about 20 people. There are a 3 booths along the windows and a few 2 seat tables, a long boothish table along the kitchen and a bar area that wraps and gives about 8 seats or so. It can become crowded fast. We sat in the back booth by the windows. Which ended up being cold. We got a breeze. Not sure if it was the air conditioning or the windows, but it was cold. Menu is standard YTR. Price point is around $14 average. They have salads, soups, sandwiches including burgers and chicken, wraps, and entrees that are around the $18 price. Most of the menu is ala carte. So sandwich doesn't come with anything. You have to order separate. There are a few exceptions. Broil-lite options come with a salad and the small burger comes with cottage fries. Also they have a bar and some specials throughout the month. I got the small burger. Now it's suppose to be a 1/4 pound. Regular burgers are a half pound. I just didn't want that much. So I was thinking that be fine. In my mind I thought it would look like a 1/4 pound patty on a regular bun. And it comes with cottage fries. It's all good. I. Basically got a thick slider on a slider bun. It looked odd. Thicker than a normal slider but about 3 bites. And it was so thick that the burger and lettuce, tomato and pickles kept sliding off when I bit it. This a was not at all what I pictured. I would have been fine with a thinner burger on a regular bun. Which is what I pictured I'd get. The cottage fries were fine. I got a decent amount. Now the burger didn't taste bad. It was just small and thick. Note to self never get that again. My partner got the envelope with hummus and chicken. It is stuffed well and large. Good enough for 2 meals. She also ordered a side of the cottage fries. It's a good healthier alternative to some of the sandwiches. Service was just ok. I had to stop our server to ask for a drink refill when she kept passing us and the empty glass was right there. She also took a bit to take our order. But she apologized for the wait. That was fine. As we left the guy who was cooking said goodbye to us and to be safe. The snow was coming down. That was nice. Overall, the experience was just mediocre. Nothing stands out as great. Food just ok. Service kinda meh. We ate and left. Oh and the bathroom was super hot. The restaurant was cold. The bathroom was a sauna. They should probably look into that. Food is consistent with other locations but the service here was rough. 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, another 40 for food. Always a treat when I try a different Yours Truly, this time in Beachwood. The restaurant is small, but the service was great and the simplicity of the menu even better. Our waitress was fantastic, she maneuvered the small packed Sunday crowd with ease. We placed our orders, the tea and coffee were on a constant flow. I ordered the basic eggs, potatoes and rye toast. I always save a piece of toast as my "dessert" toast, with strawberry jelly, my favorite. My husband had the sunrise, French toast, eggs and Turkey sausage. I've been to other yours truly restaurants, but this was my first time here. Quaint. Homely. Comfortable. This popular chain restaurant has the feel of a mom and pop. I was greeted warmly and placed on a waiting list. I was given a time estimate and it was spot on. I ordered the Suntoast entree, and it was simple and delicious. My French toast was perfect. What I learned quickly is the online orders take preference over the in house clients and the wait for food was way too long for what we ordered. It wasn't our table only- all tables. I visited Yours Truly with some co-workers while visiting Cleveland. It's a small quaint local diner, but the flavors were big. When we got there, we were able to sit down right away. As time went on, the diner began to get busier. However,it wasn't to busy when we got there, but there was only one waitress at the time. She was super helpful and did a great job attending to all of her tables. She even allowed us to try the soup of the day and the chicken noodle soup. I loved the chicken noodle soup so much, I ordered a bowl of it with a traditional grilled cheese sandwich. My co-workers ordered the grilled salmon with a double order of cottage fries and the postini burger witb cottage fries. All of our food was delicious. We will definitely be back in the future. I've been traveling to Cleveland for some time now and I keep driving by this chain. Tonight I finally decided to swing by for dinner. Their breakfast food options looked unique, but I was really intrigued by the chicken salad and tuna salad. They get their own feature section on the menu. I ordered the chicken salad melt. It's served open faced on an English muffin which is then covered with cheese and baked. The chicken salad was good but nothing life changing. They are heavy on the walnuts. I also ordered a side of Cole slaw which is one of my favorite side dishes. This one had a really weird taste. I can't even relate it to anything in particular. It was not pleasant. The service was okay. It's a TINY restaurant and I found myself waiting quite a bit despite it only being about half full. I'm hoping to have the opportunity to try their breakfast so I can update my review and give it an additional star(s).
