Not only was everybody friendly, but they were super excited about their experience and their products and were very willing to answer questions and provide any guidance we wanted. During our 90 minute visit, I'm certain they stopped at our table 4 or five times to check on us. It was not intrusive, it was part of the experience. We were blown away. Moreover, the dish was served on a HUGE cutting board!
