Although I was seated on time, my friend was made to wait over an hour despite having the same appointment. During my service, I showed the technician a reference photo and was assured it could be done. However, the final result did not match what I requested. The French tips were uneven and did not extend properly to the edges, giving them a sloppy appearance. A design was also added to one nail that I did not ask for and did not resemble the reference. When I politely asked about fixing the issues, I was met with a negative attitude. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next day to have them corrected, but again experienced a long wait of over 30 minutes past my appointment time. While some minor improvements were made, the overall result was still not worth the price I paid. As someone who rarely gets their nails done and was looking forward to this for my birthday weekend, I left feeling very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work.

Exceptional dip Nails's and loved the shape., I have had a cold so couldn't get back to him on schedule but even after 5 weeks they looked great. Pedicure was perfect. I have ingrown nails and he didn't dig and dig like most technicians usually do. He cut the curved corners and cleaned. No pain, just beautiful toes. The shop has been in Yucaipa a very long time, but new style nail techniques. I wasn't disappointed and I am scheduled today for my next appointment.
