The way she would talk about my pattern and my layers already told me that she knew what she was doing. First, she dry cut some of my curls. Then she washed, massaged, and straightened my hair, then cut some more of it while It was straightened to make sure it had an even finish both ways. she also gave amazing advice on how to keep my hair healthy.
