We stopped by for takeout the other day and I would come back just for the egg rolls and crab Rangoon! They were so yummy and I loved the sauce that came with the crab rangoon. I didn't love the orange chicken or fried rice to be honest. The orange chicken was quite chewy and not fried to a crisp. It felt like it was a bit over cooked? It's also very spicy, so if you don't like spice, stay away. The fried rice is interesting, yellow, not many veggies and no egg like I'm used to. I'm used to it being a bit brown with veggies and egg. Overall, it warranted another visit and we will be back to try something else!! At the risk of sounding corny, "yum!" Our take-out meal was great! Hot and sour was indeed hot, actually sour and even a tad sweet. Now that's a complex soup! Our chow mein didn't look like anything special but the sauce was mildly flavorful and filled with thin slices of white meat chicken. Beef with Chinese vegetables was equally good. The gal taking orders is very nice and accommodating, and as another Yelper pointed out, many dishes come in two sizes. read more

Don't let this small takeout establishment in Ft. Myers off 3 Oaks Parkway fool you. The menu is huge and there's a full staff cooking up fresh authentic "American"Chinese dishes. I had the General Tso's with tofu and ordered garlic broccoli to make sure I had plenty of the green stuff. I also ordered the spring rolls. Included are two portions of white rice. Polite staff and quick service but all of the dishes we had lacked flavor and spice, and were generally very bland.

This is good chinese food! We were told there weren't any good chinese restaurants around but those people have never been to Yum. We are from NY and are picky about Chinese. Yum was VERY good! Unfortunately my order was messed up, I went home called them and they said I can come back and get the correct soup so I went back and they tried to make me pay for another soup. Spent 10 minutes arguing but at that point I've wasted an hour waiting on food and driving back and forth. Never coming here again service was awful. read more

Honestly I enjoy a meal from here now and then but I should warn you some meals do not come as You maybe used too. For instance the Bourbon Chicken has no sauce on it. It looks like chicken fried rice with longer strips but as you can see in the picture there is no sauce on it like other Chinese Restaurants you may go to. They also changed their hours to closed on Monday now. (No idea why). The meals are decently proportioned just check to make sure it's what you wanted and how you like it. read more

Tried this place for the first time on a whim. Ordered egg rolls and sweet n sour chicken. The sweet n sour chicken was ok. Nothing special. Have had better. As for the egg rolls-- when I cut one in half to let some of the heat escape, I saw something long & metal- looking coming out of it. It was a strand of a metal scrubby!! Don't eat here its a waste of your money!!!! My husband and i went here for the first time today.... We thought wow what a great deal 20 buck for general tso's chicken and Mongolian beef both with Pork fried rice. No not a deal we took one hesitant bite and in the trash it went. General tso's Chicken was chicken nuggets over cooked (no sauce) and rice o'roni (no pork.) Mongolian beef was Cabbage, Whole Mushrooms (I mean WHOLE) and about 2 tablespoons of boiled Beef (Yuck) and Rice a rice o'roni (no pork) If you want to eat like that go buy the ingredients next door at Winn-Dixie. read more
