I ordered from them April 3rd my bill was $80 plus the tip the egg rolls were totally burnt the food was greasy the chicken was like rubber I used to always order from them the food was always pretty decent. I called the owner and the owner said that they were going to rectify it and they never did . I called back again today April 4th and they told me to go somewhere else . They have underage children working at these premises the kid answers the phone can't be 10 years old maybe stay away from this place !!!! Plus I had an upset stomach after eating their food! The interior of this place is very plain. It seems that what was not spent on it was put into the food. The Low Main was some of the best I have ever had. The special soup was over the top. The house special fried rice was loaded with chicken shrimp and pork. It was not just on the top but all the way through. My only complaint is the hot mustard was the generic package kind. Make your own at home with Coleman's dry mustard. Best place in the area. read more

The food here was good. The only downside was the communication. I had an experience at a different location. Where I placed an order online came to pick up, and the employee didn't realize an order was placed. So I called this store to make sure my order was received, at this particular location. The employee was speaking in his language to me over the phone. Not listening to what I was saying. I told him I would just come inside and wait. As soon as I came in he said. We ordered from here several times for delivery! Two out of three times we didn't receive what we ordered. The last time was the last straw, we won't order from there any more. Ordered a large general tsos chicken with white rice, we received a combination plate without the egg rolls. I called to get the rest of the large general tso's chicken and the said they would send the rest and charge the difference. I received a large general tso's this time and was charged 10$ more, really if I wanted another dinner I would have ordered it to begin with. The previous time we ordered it was 20$ something and they charged my card 70$ something. WOW, shady people when it comes to charging. If you make a mistake make up for it. They just lost our business and we ordered two to three times a month from this place but not any more!!! I had it delivered to me and when I got it the driver wouldn't give me receipt and the food was literally ice cold to begin with. The portion for Chinese was like something from fast food. The spring rolls I ordered weren't even cooked all the way and were chewy! I just threw them away. I had to leave for an event so I called this morning to complain and the person that answered couldn't speak English and said no manager and hung up. I called back at night and I talked to the "manager" and tried to tell her and she wanted the food! She yelled at me that I'm a liar because no one else has ever complained.
