Especially after we spent $18 on 3 drinks (one was a small toddler drink). This was the very wrong, rude, unprofessional way to go about it. He was very cold and short in the manner he spoke to us and treated us, even in looks he was giving us. It was like he was taking his bad day out on us or something. If you're going to work in customer service, especially at a manager level, this is completely unacceptable, inappropriate, unprofessional behavior and a very rude way to treat loyal customers. We will never come back here because of his behavior, and we'll find another place to meet and have coffee with our friends.
