For those of you who have given this dump a 1 star rating, I totally agree with you. Yelp is new to me, but when I joined, I felt I needed to review this disgusting donut shop. Here is my review, pay attention owner. I haven't frequented your establishment in several years, but [[HIGHLIGHT]]I found it to be very dirty, hot, and unprofessional from the owner and the staff as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I as a customer ask you why their is no air conditioning on a hot day, and you answer by saying " people ask for ice water in hell but they can't have it". That immediately tells me what type of owner you are. From that point on, I made it a point never to give you my business. There are other Yum Yum donuts that treat their customers better. I love this place! I don't get donuts at any other place. I love the bacon avocado extreme melt.. no matter what I get it's fresh. No stale , old donuts!! I remember Tia place since why back when! I asked the lady for a dz she had me pick my 12 as I looked up and saw the sign it said 14 donuts for $19.99. I told her about the other two since I saw it said 14 then that's when she was like oh yes I just can't put it in the box because it's too full so she would have to put it in a bag. So make sure when you order donuts you get your 14 because they will not add the extra two, I picked a cinnamon roll and she told me that would count as the last two for the dozen since it was a specially donut. Also I ordered a bagel she was cheap on the cream cheese. That's not all there cinnamon iced coffee was the worst coffee I've ever had in my life time. I will not be returning back. First time going to this place and I had ordered a chicken breast bagel with a sesame bagel lady there messed up my order and gave me a spinach bagel and I had kindly asked her that my bagel was wrong she had gave me a horrible attitude and told me that the one I had wanted was on the other side instead of apologizing she said it was my fault for pointing at the spinach bagel just to keep in mind I never pointed at the bagel. I've stopped by here a few times before heading to work when I used to work the graveyard shift, it really helps that they're open 24/7 :) The staff is really nice and helpful.
