The Homie was feeling run down and craving Tom Kha soup, so we decided to checkout Yum Yum Thai, off of Hwy 99 and 160th (8/8/25). It shares a parking lot with Domino's Pizza and US BioTek Laboratories. Smallish restaurant with rickety stairs, variety of merch right at the entrance, and some indoor seating. I liked the miniatures at each window sill. Since it was coming up on the last hour of service, staff was chilling at nearby tables or having lively convos by the register. The Homie got his Tom Kha and Thai Rose Tea and I opted for the crab rangoon. Not much in the way of customer service once the two items were brought out. The bulk of the orders while we were onsite were for takeout or for delivery. Most likely, it's one and done.

Chicken Pad Thai flavorful and delicious!

Ordered takeaway of the chicken pad Thai and mango sticky rice. Services fast, both dishes were delicious! The chicken pad thai, great balance of flavor not too sweet like others I've had. Noodles weren't gummy or over cooked. Delicious! The mango sticky rice had just the right amount of sweetness and the mango was tender and full of flavor. Portions were big! We'll be going back to try the curry and rose iced tea.

Was craving Pad Thai, so my bf brought me here, since we were in the area. He'd been here before, and really liked it. So, I ordered the Pad Thai, but also really wanted to try the Kee Mao Fried Rice. My bf got the Yum Yum Garlic with beef. I got the Pad Thai and fried rice both 5 stars, but I tasted no spiciness at all. I asked for the spice rack, but didn't have the chili peppers in fish sauce that I was hoping for. I used the red chili flakes, but that wasn't spicy at all. All the food was still tasty, but I couldn't enjoy it all the way without it being at least a bit spicy. But I'm glad I had leftovers to add my own hot sauce to at home. We also ordered the Thai Tea with lime juice instead of cream and Thai Tea Slushy, which you don't see often; both good. Staff was very friendly. Great service.

We ordered the pad see eiw and the young fresh coconut off (was a special). This place is super cozy and quiet, great for a decently priced dinner. Our server was friendly and checked in on us a couple times. Unfortunately they don't open the coconut for you :( Portion size and pricing cannot be beat! No complaints this time on flavor or sauce.

Great Thai food. This is another place I have been going to for years, and if possible.. it keeps getting better! Always a friendly counter person and limited wait time to get your meal, A cozy dining area as well, Must try is the Thai fried rice. (My preference is with chicken)

Thai ice tea slushy, chicken pad see iew, fried tofu yellow curry, mango sticky rice.

Delicious food, good ambiance, server was very nice and it is affordable, in addition to the food they also sell a variety of packaged snacks and they have a bin of toys to borrow for children while dining.

I had dinner here November 30, 2024, along with three friends. Our waitress was friendly, but spoke very little English, which made for difficulty in getting questions answered. It also took a while to get our order, despite the fact that there was only one other table with people. There were a couple of people that came in for takeout while we were dining, but that was it. The ambience is colorful, creative, and fun. The food for the most part was good. We got Phad See Iew & Massaman curry, which were both very tasty. By the way, we asked for only one star on the curry, and this is the first Thai restaurant I've been to where one star was almost not enough. It was extremely mild, a bit too mild. If I were to go back, I would order it with two stars . However, my friend's Tom Kah soup was, according to her, not very flavorful. She was not very happy with it. Towards the end of our meal, we noticed the staff was doing a lot of cleaning, and we started to feel as if they wanted us to leave. It was about 8:20 and I had checked before we arrived to see that they were supposed to close at 9 o'clock. That's what it said on Yelp, and indeed, as we left the restaurant I looked back and there was a sign that said it was open till 9 o'clock, every day. The staff had insisted that closing time was 8:30. So our dinner ended on a very rushed note, which was unfortunate, as this was a reunion of friends that doesn't happen very often. If this had been the middle of summer, we could probably have chatted outside by our cars, but as it was November, it was quite cold, and we were eager to get in our cars, just for the sake of warmth! Note: there is plenty of parking. -I might give this place another chance if I happen to be in the Shoreline area. However, all things considered, I think it's more likely that I would check to see if there's another Thai restaurant that might be a better choice overall.

N2 Phad See Iew F2 Yellow Curry Fried Rice

My families favorite place to order thai food for years! We get the N2 Phad See Iew and the F2 Yellow Curry Fried Rice and more! Great portions and vibes. Highly recommend! Staff is always friendly!

Such a weird location and small building. But I think it adds charm. Pad Thai portion was huge and the noodles looked so light colored, I was a bit scared there would be a lack of flavor. Pleasantly surprised there was good flavor. The sauce however kind of pooled to the bottom of the container so I recommend placing in larger bowl and stirring it before eating, if you're able. Thai tea was so smoky, I loved it.

Started off with some VERY crispy wings, topped with fried shallots and garlic, could use a stronger flavor on the wing itself, but goes great with the sweet chili sauce and "secret" plum sauce, squeeze that lemon on there too! Thai Tea was as good as it gets. I got the green curry with Chicken, vegatables tasted so clean and fresh with clean chunks of sliced chicken breast. The curry itself was so rich, aromatic and savory. I also got the Cashew Chicken wok stir fry, love the subtle wok flavor with the mildy sweet and umami/soy flavor of the sauce. The veggies with a nice crisp and chicken goes perfect. They do spice level 1-5 and I chose 3, perfect amount of spice, not overpowering and you still get the nice kick! The service was great, my server was very attentive, helpful with the menu, and friendly. The lady at the register is so nice and was explaining to me some of the popular dishes. You can tell these two love what they do. Some of the better Thai food I've had, hearty, clean and flavorful, I WILL BE BACK! Ps: ask for the spices, and add it to everything, so bomb.

I hadn't eaten here In years and my wife never. They used to give a nice refreshing lychee water drink with a long dessert spoon for the fruit which I remember loving long ago. Many other tables had them but we were never offered it as service was brisk yet not very friendly. I ordered a Dac Biet pho (my regular choice) but they don't have tripe??? I usually pass on pho restaurants that don't serve tripe and tendon. I was at best average but honestly not near the best I've ever had in the US or Vietnam. At almost $20 for a bowl I wasn't impressed enough to say "let's go back". My wife ordered the pork vermicelli bowl (her usual). She liked it ok and I tried a bit. Again pretty tasty and in my opinion a better dish than their pho, but not worthy of returning over other choices. Overall if you are comfortable parking in a tight little parking lot to eat average food in a little old building it's not a bad choice.
