New restaurant in town! Yuma frita is just across the steet from soldier's field. Order at the counter --our cashier gave great recommendations-- and they bring food to the table. Space is ample and there is self service water at every table. There is a wide variety of banditos (smoothies w fruit and vanilla ice cream), cocktails (including a spicy marg of course and mojitos), and beers. Food was great. Had the Cubano cuban sandwich with a side of coconut rice. I love Cuban sandwiches and this was a great one. The rice was fluffy. They brought out the food quickly. Had a Fanta pineapple with meal which was an unexpected plus. He brought us knives even though we they had it set out for patrons to grab themselves. Price as everywhere is higher than it should be but comparable. Others in my party loved there Batido milkshakes. Though my favorite restaurant is Francisco's this place is equal taking first on service and speed. read more

Quick service so you order and they give you a number, food came quickly. super cute inside with little bar. Different teas, I tried the tangerine cardamom and an order of ham croquettes. The kids meal we got the beef frita which was similar to a hamburger (but more just beef) and the good crispy skinny fries. Different fruit smoothies and crispy plantain chips. Lots of salads and vegetarian options which is much appreciated! We will be back to try more! read more
