When the item came out anyway, we reminded them that we had asked to cancel it. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, the server just wouldn't let it go. No effort was made to make it right. It's not about the $7.99 -- it's about the lack of care or accountability. Good customer service means listening and not making guests feel like an inconvenience. I canceled my order completely, which, with everything else that I added, was well over $60. I was so appalled by the way I was treated, even willing to pay over $60 for lunch, that I just left. We won't be returning. Conveniently the manager was "on vacation." What a load of $&@! If you want to be treated like an inconvenience and be talked about poorly in a different language, this is the place for you.

It was about a 15 min wait after placing your order. I got a custom bowl and paid extra for two proteins, salmon and beef. Both tasted delicious. The salmon was a little too fresh I would of preferred of it was marinated or tossed in the sauces prior to. Speaking of sauces the Mango sauce is really good!!!!!!!!!
