We also tried the fried pork dumplings, which were pretty standard potstickers, but they were done well. The sweet and sour dipping sauce had just a tiny bit of spice that made it a little more interesting. The pork soup bao were another good choice, with plenty of filling and really good flavor. I ordered the Wagyu sizzling plate, and it was definitely the highlight of the meal. It comes out on an extremely hot plate, which gives some of the rice a nice crispy texture. Everything was cooked well, and the overall flavor was really good. The service was excellent too. There were two servers taking care of the dining room, and both were friendly, answered our questions, and stayed on top of refilling our water throughout the meal. Overall, this was a really enjoyable experience with good food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. I'd definitely come back and try more of the menu.

I had a taste, and while I'd order it if wanting ramen, this was what I expect of good ramen. It hit the right notes on taste and the noodle s were cooked well, just nothing that would make me perk up if someone wanted to get ramen. The highlight, which would have made this a debate between 4 and 5 stars, and which I will go back for (already excited!), was the sizzling Angus beef plate with thick udon noodles. This was one of the better dishes I have had of late, and I am glad I got extra beef and opted for the black pepper sauce. The thinly sliced beef with the thick udon noodles was a perfect pairing, and I ate this much faster than I meant to, not leaving any leftovers despite the add ons. Food came out quick.
