I recently visited this patisserie and absolutely loved it! The pastries were incredibly delicious--fresh, flaky, and full of flavor. You can really tell they put care into every detail. The owner is also very kind and friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Great service and amazing treats--definitely a place I'll keep coming back to! Highly recommend if you're looking for tasty pastries and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!

I was randomly in the area and spotted this little spot, so I decided to check it out based on the reviews. It's a tiny takeout-only spot with a solid variety of baked goods. I came mainly for the pâté chaud and ended up grabbing a couple of combo bánh bao too. The pâté chaud was super good -- light, flaky, and had a nice amount of filling. As for the bánh bao, I got the kind you heat up at home. The dough was fluffy, the filling was meaty, and I really liked the salted egg yolk inside. Glad I stumbled on this place -- I've been craving that pâté chaud ever since!

We are back for their amazing cupcakes. It's pricey but it's a quality product that I can't find anywhere else. We also got the yogurt drink again. Reminds me of the yogurt I used to eat in Vietnam. As usual, the owner is very friendly and the place is nice and clean.

I love this bakery! I ordered ahead to pick up for a potluck and it was super easy to call and place my order. I ordered the pate so which was such a hit that people were asking me for the name of the bakery and saving some for later. I even returned later that week to pick up some more pate so and strawberry croissants for my office. Thank you Tu To bakery for the great service and tasty treats!

    1. The sandwiches were comforting! The strawberry croissants were delightful and not too sweet! The coffee definitely rejuvenated me! 2. The spot has fast casual vibes as you mainly order, pickup, and go! 3. There are no tables available! 4. The staff were friendly and timely with my order! 5. Parking lot is small but not busy! Note: There is a 20$ minimum for card transaction! Photo: Ham Sandwich, Strawberry Croissants, Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Super friendly and very tasty! We ordered multiple things and it was all tasty! Can't wait to go back!

Their claim to fame, the strawberry croissants, taste as spectacular, light, crispy, airy, and deliciously subtle and fruity as much as the original location. The main problem is they definitely seem to have way less stock on hand, and things can sell out fast. I had to come back another day for my favorite item of theirs, the rusk - extremely light and crunchy bites of buttery sugared mini toast. I buy a bunch of these to take home as souvenirs, as the strawberry croissants obviously need to be eaten ASAP. Their employees were pretty friendly and helpful. I love that they carry bulk platters of their strawberry croissant and have them displayed right as you enter. They also have various other desserts and pastries, even some savory sandwiches and sushi, packaged goods, and coffee. I'm here pretty much just for their strawberry croissants and rusk, though their other items seem nice if you want goods for a convenient picnic.

Ordered a sampling of their wares, and all were excellent. My wife looks for articles and stories about businesses with a Filipino angle, and showed me a NBCLA story about 61hundred bakery. Since we were going to be in the area anyway, decided to stop-in on a Friday morning soon after it opened. There was continuously a line snaking outside, with a few people allowed inside at a time. Once inside, it moves fast with a person grabbing each item as you asked for it and putting it on a tray. The cashier then counts the items on the tray, and takes your payment. By the time we tried to buy bakery items, the blue masa sourdough was gone. However, we were able to buy some other items to try: Classic Sourdough ($12) - excellent. Softened European butter seemed to be made just to go with this bread. It wasn't overly sour or too airy. I could see a group of 4 having a very enjoyable dinner with just this bread, a brick of hard cheese, some jambon iberico, and a bottle (or two) of a good red wine. There didn't seem to be an option to have it sliced. Sourdough Focaccia Dolce ($9), Pan de Sal ($8), Pain au Chocolat ($6). All really good, though not as good a value as the above. I've never really been too impressed with Pan de Sal before, but this version was very good: slightly sweet with a bit of pull and chewiness. The chocolate croissant was beautiful, with naturally occurring cross laminated strip clearly indicating the effort to produce the many layers of dough/butter that takes so much time. To top it off, we asked and received a small container of sour dough starter. Not all bakeries are kind enough to provide when asked. Here, they were more than gracious to provide it to us after a brief wait. And it's definitely alive...the starter was practically crawling out of the sealed container as we drove back home.

They've also got a nice little patio to just rest and relax at while you enjoy your drinks. I've had a few pretty deep conversations coming out of this place. Okay, even though I did come to a coffee shop, I did end up getting a hojicha latte that was roasty, nutty, and delicious alongside the vanilla notes that they add. Great choice for some of you who don't do so well with caffeine. It's easy to drink, and thoughtfully prepared! I got something a little different. It was a strawberry co-ferment espresso in a cappuccino ratio. You could really taste that strawberry come through, and having it hot and with milk was a perfect choice. Fruity, complex, and funky! I like how they also 'warn' you about the size, because the size cups are tiny looool The vietnamese coffee especially is very tiny. I mainly wanted to try the black sesame latte and yep it was pretty good! The cream was veryyy nice and creamy. It definitely is very strong coffee because usually when I have extremely strong coffee, I start to sweat and get a headache, so yes they serve very strong coffee here. Don't let the size fool you. Small but mighty. Something you should also sip than chug. Overall, the coffee is good, but feel like it was just a one time try for me. I do enjoy a bigger size cup cause I feel its more worth it, even if the caffeine hit is as worth, I do enjoy more of the volume and it could be less concentrated. I respect it though!
