They replace items without asking you, and when you say that is not what you wanted, they don't offer a refund too! Terrible business!

One fine example just earlier today, the store manager was asked if an item not on shelf that normally is was in stock at back of store. I think Shabir is his name; I asked him quickly as they were very busy today, just before New Year's Day! So hope I recalled correctly. But he was so very kind enough to bring out quantity 2 of the item I wanted! This regular shopper went home very happy & very much look forward to my next visit quite soon!!

I am extremely disappointed by the treatment I received from your manager…read more I entered the store with my legally permitted service dog and proceeded to select bagels in the same manner as any other customer. I used a plastic bag over my hand to avoid direct contact with the food. While selecting a bagel, one shifted away from the others. As I attempted to retrieve it, the display door moved slightly. At that point, your manager rushed over and immediately began shouting that I had somehow contaminated the area because of my service dog. These accusations were made publicly, loudly, and without any basis in fact. The bagel in question was being placed into my own bag for my own consumption. I was not handling food intended for other customers. Nevertheless, your manager continued yelling that I had no right to do so. What I find particularly troubling is the obvious double standard. Does your manager stand by the bagel display all day monitoring whether every customer has properly washed their hands? Does he inspect the hygiene practices of delivery workers, suppliers, vendors, and employees with the same level of intensity? Does he question where every customer's hands have been before they touch baskets, doors, counters, and food displays? If not, why was I singled out? My service dog is professionally trained, fully vaccinated, regularly groomed, and maintained to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. Frankly, my dog is likely cleaner than many people who walk through your doors every day. Yet your manager appeared far more concerned about the presence of a service animal than about any actual sanitation issue. The most disturbing part of this encounter was the apparent assumption that because I have a service dog, I should somehow be treated differently from other customers. That attitude is offensive, discriminatory, and entirely inappropriate in a public business. A competent manager should know how to address concerns calmly and professionally. Instead, your manager chose to create a scene, publicly embarrass a customer, and make accusations without evidence. His behavior reflected poorly on your establishment and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer respect. I expect this matter to be reviewed seriously and appropriate action taken to ensure that customers accompanied by service animals are treated with the dignity, respect, and equal access guaranteed to them under the law.
