Not our first time here, but definitely not our last. We ordered a few dumplings, a chicken dish, and fried buns. The dumplings were good. The crispy Fried Pot Sticker Dumplings with Onions being our favorite. The soup dumplings were okay, but had very little soup. The Shanghai Pan Fried Pork Buns were delicious, but the filling was a little bland. The Koushui Chicken had amazing flavor, but was not very spicy. The Fried Buns were great, crunchy and airy. The next time we come, we will definitely be trying some of the soups.

This was delicious!! There were so many options to eat around here but the noodles caught my eye. The dish was incredible, I loved the depth in flavor of the broth and the texture of the noodles. I don't have that big of an appetite, a friend and I shared one pot of soup and soup dumplings and that was more than enough! They put so much meat inside the pot, flank was so soft and yummy! Service was great as well and it was very cute inside. Great food!!! Visiting Georgia from North Carolina

It was more a family vibe. It came out within like 15 mins. I go the A1. Which Sole fish rice noodle soup. It was great for a rainy or cold day. I would say put your own flavoring into to it to make it salty, flavorable, or spicy. I was able to finish it but it does take a while to eat it. The cold bean curd was not my favorite texture as it's more slimy and crinkly texture.

Amazing food and fast service. Ordered and food came out less than 5 minutes. Each portion is large for 1 person to me and has very reasonable price. Great decorations inside as well.

The food is tasty...but the photos and other Ten Second Noodles I've been to (in NC), you/the diner receive each item in seperate little bowls and add it to the boiling hot soup yourself! This way you can control how cooked the meat is and how blanched the veggies are. At this location they add all the ingredients into the soup and you have no choice on how the meat or veggies are cooked or how outing you don't want one of the ingredients! This aspect was disappointing.

This place really hits the spot for a good broth/soup place! Located in the Great Wall plaza near other SE Asian eats, this is one of my new favorite places to go to. The soup was rich and flavorful, portions were enormous, staff was friendly, and service was quite fast. The main attraction is the noodle soups but there are other side appetizer dishes which are quite good- highly recommend the Takoyaki squid balls. I have been in search of these outside of Japan and this place made it well- soft and melting inside with crisp on outside, right amount of ginger and vinegar and the famous drizzle of takoyaki sauce. Also ordered the shredded yummy potatoes- this was served cold but still tasted great. I am used to this dish being a hot dish but vinegar and salt amounts still crisp to the palate. The tripe was also good as well I ordered the OG flavor and it did not disappoint. flavorful rich bone broth with melt in your mouth beef. Large amount of noodle with ample toppings of veggies. The ma la flavor and the spicy cabbage ones were also quite good too. No one would finish their portions. Enormous! Make sure to drink the soup since that is what took the longest to make. Service was fast and good. Staff were friendly and attentive.

**This review really goes out to the man who really did what he could to help me when I was being harassed in the parking lot while delivering great service for my take out order. Thank you!** My usual rice noodle spot is Ten Seconds in Doraville, but I was in the area so decided to try the Numbed Spicy Fatty Beef noodle. For starters, I got the meal to go so when I got home, all the toppings that are usually in small dishes were cooking in the soup - which was great because everything really absorbed that numbed spicy soupy flavor. Would recommend giving this place a try. For the real star of the show - the man who picked up the restaurant phone to help me complete my transaction and bring the food to my car, while staying on the phone with me the entire time, thank you. I was being harassed in the parking lot and the restaurant employee helped me to complete my transaction for my order and brought out my food to me, quickly and kindly. He even stayed outside the restaurant until I left and made sure the harasser was not following me. This is top notch service and I'm extremely appreciative. Thank you Yunnan Crossing Bridge Rice Noodle!

THE FOOD: Szechuan sliced beef (broth not shown) Cute portions of various veggies, tofu skin, quail egg, ham, and pickled greens. Broth come in bubbling hot stone bowl (don't burn yourself) The food is subpar for the price. It's a lot of noodles but their soup base is SUPER oily. They offer chili, sesame, and Szechuan pepper oil on sauce bar. THE SERVICE: Charged me for a Togo box, servers are rude and don't pay attention to me since I don't speak Chinese. After dropping off the check to me mid meal they floated by the table numerous times to see if I was ready to pay. MID MEAL. I felt pressured and hurried and will not be returning. Also... lettuce in soup is wrong... give me cabbage!!

First time trying crossing bridge rice noodles! This place is located on the right side of the Sweet Hut plaza on Pleasant Hill. Came for a Saturday lunch and it was decently crowded. The bowls were already assembled (rather than ingredients all separated), but it was still delicious. The clay bowls are put in an insulating stand so it's not hot to the touch and you can easily move it. The soup stays hot during the entire meal. Fatty beef was tender and delicious! It didn't get over cooked despite being pre-assembled. Though each soup has a set spicy level on the menu, you can adjust it when you order. Numbed spicy fatty beef rice noodle soup $13 - pretty good spice level Szechuan pepper fatty beef rice noodle soup (numbed) $13 - decent flavor, would prefer something spicier personally (maybe )

This place is too cute especially the art on the wall. It speaks history and culture of the food being served. I loved the idea of artwork. I came during lunch hour and food came out pretty fast. My friend and I both ordered the Sour spicy golden broth-fish noodles. It was huge and delicious. My friend has been here many times prior. It was my first time here and service was great. Did I mention how big the portion was? I mean huge! I was stuffed. I would like to come back to try some meat skewers, appetizers, and soup dumplings! I will be back!

We had lunch here today and enjoyed it. Service is polite and efficient. Nothing special but, more importantly, nothing lacking. We ordered the soup dumplings- the dumplings were good. The broth was rich. The filling was a bit different but good. The dumplings came to the table intact. The lamb skewer- this was my favorite !!! Such a simple thing yet amazing! I requested it medium spicy and it was perfect. I swear if I go back and just get three lamb skewers I will be perfectly happy. It is spicy but not overwhelming. The lamb is flavorful but not too muttony. It is delicious. Spicy sour broth with beef- the broth is wonderful. A little sour a little spicy a little fatty just right. There was beef, cabbage, quail egg, corn, some crab, a bit of spam?, and of course lots of rice noodles. The portions are generous and my husband and I shared it. It is plenty for two if you are also ordering dumplings and lamb skewers!! We will definitely return. Hopefully soon!

This place is relatively new and located in a great spot in Duluth. It's in the same complex as Sweet Hut/Ding Tea, which means there's never an issue with parking as the parking lot is huge. If you're craving for hot pot, you should give this place a try. They do an amazing job on it. Other than hot Pots, the noodle soups are also nice- I ordered the beef noodle soup and absolutely loved it. The beef was tender and the noodles had a really good texture. I also ended up getting the soup dumplings- they were so moist and tasty... wow! I would definitely go back for these dumplings and try something new from the menu. They were maintaining social distancing when I was there. So I was super comfortable to take my mask off and eat peacefully. Lastly, the servers are so sweet, their behavior makes you want to visit this place again and again.

I was looking for an authentic Chinese noodle restaurant while in Duluth and found this gem on Yelp. They are open for dine in and the seats are far apart from each other for social distancing. We got the lamb and beef Yunnan rice noodle soups, lamb skewers, and pot stickers. Honestly we could've shared one rice noodle soup because the portion was huge! The soups were in giant buckets lol. Both broths were delicious but I think I prefer the lamb better, the beef broth kinda reminded me of pho. The noodles had a lovely chewy texture and the meat were cooked perfectly tender. However, my favorite thing was probably the lamb skewers! I cried on the inside because they were so freaking delicious and reminded me of my childhood when I'd get lamb skewers from street food vendors in my hometown in China. Overall I'm really happy with the food. The service could've been better but it's rough times so I'm not trying to be picky. Look forward to going back again and getting more lamb skewers!!!

If you enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisine, this place delivers bold flavors, generous portions, and dishes that taste like they were made for people who appreciate real Chinese cooking. On our visit, we ordered the Fish Fillet & Beef In Hot Spicy Sauce with SoyBean Sprouts & Sichuan Pepper, Boiled Fish Fillet in Soy Sauce, Mouth-Watering Chicken in Cold Spicy Sauce W/Ground Peanuts, Pork Belly Slices W/ Preserved Vegetables and Spicy Noodles with Ground Pork and Peanuts, along with rice to soak up every last bit of sauce. The Spicy Boiled Fish and Beef was the star of the meal. The large bowl arrived covered with fragrant chili oil, dried chilies, and Sichuan spices. The fish and beef were incredibly tender and silky, while the broth delivered layers of heat, aroma, and numbing spice without overwhelming the flavor of the fish. Every bite was rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. In contrast, the Boiled Fish Fillet in Soy Sauce showcased the kitchen's finesse with more delicate flavors. The fish was exceptionally fresh, flaky, and perfectly cooked, served in a light soy-based sauce with scallions and greens. It allowed the natural sweetness of the fish to shine and provided a wonderful balance to the spicier dishes on the table. The Chicken in Cold Spicy Sauce with Ground Peanuts was another standout. The chicken was moist and tender, dressed with fragrant chili oil, garlic, cilantro, and crunchy toppings that added texture and freshness. It was refreshing yet packed with flavor and made for an excellent appetizer. We enjoyed it with steamed rice. The Braised Pork Belly was beautifully prepared, with alternating layers of meat and fat that practically melted in your mouth. The rich soy-based braising sauce was savory with a touch of sweetness, making it the perfect companion to a bowl of steamed rice. The Spicy Noodles with Ground Pork and Peanuts were simple but incredibly addictive. The chewy noodles, savory minced pork, roasted peanuts, and fresh greens created a perfect combination of textures and flavors. Once mixed together, every bite delivered a satisfying balance of richness, crunch, and subtle heat. What impressed me most about Humble House was the authenticity of the food. The flavors are bold and unapologetically traditional, the portions are generous, and each dish feels thoughtfully prepared. The setting is casual since it's located inside the supermarket food court. If you're looking for authentic Sichuan and Chinese comfort food in Duluth, Humble House is absolutely worth a visit. Whether you're craving fiery boiled fish, comforting braised dishes, flavorful cold appetizers, or satisfying noodle bowls, this spot delivers. We'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

We found a restaurant not far from the matcha shop. It felt more like a Chinese takeout spot than a traditional sit-down restaurant, so there wasn't much to speak of in terms of decor. We decided to share everything we ordered. The first dish we tried was the Szechuan noodles. The flavor was excellent, but unfortunately, the dish arrived only lukewarm, as it appeared to have been sitting for a while before being brought to the table. Next, we ordered soup dumplings, but the restaurant accidentally brought out pan-seared dumplings instead. Thankfully, they let us keep them while they prepared our original order. The pan-seared dumplings were actually very good--piping hot and full of flavor. When the soup dumplings finally arrived, they were decent but didn't quite live up to the pan-seared version and lacked the same level of flavor. Finally, our Szechuan chicken arrived. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was crispy with a great spice profile that delivered the classic Szechuan kick without being overwhelming. It was served with fried rice, which was fine but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the experience was good but not exceptional. The food had some strong points, especially the Szechuan chicken and pan-seared dumplings, but the restaurant ultimately felt more like a solid Chinese takeout spot than a destination dining experience.
