During its prime, Humble House provided almost unmatched value. I once would put the dishes here on par with Masterpiece. Favorites of mine to order include the Cumin Lamb and Dry Pot Pork Intestine. Today, Humble House has taken this food court idea a little too far. While ticket times are much quicker than before, the food appears to no longer be freshly prepared. Every bite was rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. In contrast, the Boiled Fish Fillet in Soy Sauce showcased the kitchen's finesse with more delicate flavors. The fish was exceptionally fresh, flaky, and perfectly cooked, served in a light soy-based sauce with scallions and greens. It allowed the natural sweetness of the fish to shine and provided a wonderful balance to the spicier dishes on the table. The Chicken in Cold Spicy Sauce with Ground Peanuts was another standout. The chicken was moist and tender, dressed with fragrant chili oil, garlic, cilantro, and crunchy toppings that added texture and freshness. I'm used to more seafood taste but for this deal it's alright. Jjajangmyeon was smokey, with a slight bitter char taste.
