They're never quick to push unnecessary tests or expensive treatments and are very conservative with their approach, always keeping our pets' best interests in mind. The vets even follow up personally after appointments, showing their genuine care. When our Beagle needed surgery, Dr. Tima went out of her way to assist throughout the process and followed up several times afterward. We couldn't ask for a better experience!
