Great spot for takeout! Their combo boxes were a great deal and I really enjoyed the sushi. The miso roll was incredible but the crispy onions were a bit stale so I likely wouldn't order this one for delivery again but aside from that all the other rolls I tried were a 10/10. The crispy tuna was delicious and my favorite bite.

Wanted to try this from a friend's recommendation and it was close to my apt. I am always weary about ordering sushi for take out. It was acceptable for a craving.. it was fine but wasn't amazing. It almost satisfied my craving. I probably should have gotten the 3 roll combo. I got 2 rolls and it came with a side of edamame. Slightly overpriced for the amount of sushi. Pick up was very easy. I appreciated non plastic packaging.

This is supposed to be a salmon avocado cucumber roll.

There is hardly any cucumber in what I ordered a salmon avocado cucumber roll. Looks nothing like the photo. They also forgot my sauce I ordered. I paid $2 extra for sauces not received. Seaweed salad also nasty. Never again.

Was craving sushi and a friend recommended I order from Yubi Box Sushi. I got the Yubi Delight to share which came with salmon, hamachi, big eye tuna, toro torched salmon belly, torched hamachi belly, and eggplant miso nigiri. It also came with salmon sashimi, and your choice of a roll, plus edamame. It was all pretty yummy! It definitely satisfied my craving for sushi. I like the different assortment they offered in the box. I think compared to other sushi spots in Miami, this place is a bit overpriced, but I was in Brickell after all. May need to give this place another try!

Another great sushi delivery - they didn't have uni, but the hamachi and hamachi belly were both amazing , they didn't put too much rice and the nigiris didn't fall apart during the delivery- highly recommend, sometimes you get specials on Uber eats (buy 1 get1 free) Good if you want a quick fresh authentic. sushi meal

Yubi Delight, with Salmon Avocado Roll (GF)

A welcome addition to Miami's sushi scene, Yubi Box Sushi is putting out super fresh, high-end nigiri and rolls, perfectly seasoned and adorably packaged in little bento boxes. The option to upgrade to real, fresh wasabi (for just a $1) was a treat in and of itself. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again.

It is small, beautiful with open space, and intimate that you will enjoy very much. The music is piped in and is relaxing. They provide excellent service and show pride of ownership. We didn't have reservations but we were welcomed and even received the best seats in the house. Our server was Francisco, who has worked there a long time, was excellent! We chose the Oma Deluxe because we wanted the entire experience. Francisco explained each sushi and what part of the fish we were eating. Each dish was brought out separately. There were about 9 pieces of different cuts of fish. They were delicious! My daughter had Sake and I had Non-alcoholic beer. Both went fine with our meal. Afterwards, we were served dessert. What a great experience! Give it a try when you can. Later, we went upstairs to ASTRA restaurant and bar to further enjoy our evening with beautiful views of Miami. Parking is mostly limited street parking though, so plan ahead. This spot is more about curated tastings, sashimi, nigiri, and handrolls rather than specialty rolls, so don't expect a huge roll menu. We ordered the sashimi assortment, white fish tasting, seared salmon, bluefin tuna tasting, unagi foie gras, and a few handrolls including blue crab and negi toro. Everything tasted super fresh and flavorful, especially the bluefin and unagi foie gras. Portions are on the lighter side though, so we left satisfied but not totally full. Cedrick was awesome and really made the experience better. He knew the menu inside and out and explained everything perfectly. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Wynwood and want quality sushi without the overly trendy vibe.

From the moment we arrived, the ambiance and location created the perfect atmosphere for a special evening. The food truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend the Miso Black Cod -- it was phenomenal and had the same rich, buttery texture as Chilean sea bass. Absolutely delicious. The Wagyu Burger was also outstanding -- freshly ground, high quality, and cooked perfectly. We also tried one of their sushi rolls topped with miso and filled with fresh tuna and salmon, and it was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Our server (I didn't catch her name -- an Asian woman, possibly in her 40s) was wonderful and made our experience even more enjoyable with her attentive and warm service. We truly loved this place and are already looking forward to coming back, especially to explore more of their sushi menu. Highly recommend!

They need to be a good sushi place to survive in this area but again like most places in the area charge 20% gratuity. This makes employees feel entitled and lose motivation to give good service. These are subsidies for the company to pay employees. The ambiance is actually good for this area. I would give 5 stars if the prices were more reasonable or if they actually had spectacular food. In any other city this would be decent sushi at half the price.

We got there a bit before our reservation time, and they let us sit in the smaller dining area as we waited for our spots to open up. We all did the $200 tasting and we were all pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the bites. It's 8 courses that range from a nigiri sampler, small bites, and dessert. Most memorable were the clam broth, beef loin and carrots, and the fatty tuna nigiri with caviar on top. The fatty tuna nigiri with caviar was the main reason I wanted the tasting! There is an à la carte menu too, but it was a lot easier just letting the chefs portion out our meal. Would definitely check them out and enjoy a superb evening out!

They proudly boast that their service is top notch, while it's 7 men standing in the corner and 1 sweet woman dressed like a geisha being obnoxiously monitored. The vibe felt very intense there. The hovering over people in this tiny, little whole in the wall restaurant felt overwhelming. I started to lose my patience being that there is so much staff standing around and found myself several times having to pour my own wine bottle. 2nd, I told them it was my son's birthday and nobody went out of their way to make his birthday special! And just a fair warning, you will spend over a $1000 dollars and walk out of there still very hungry! What a disappointment! Furthermore, they price gouge people trying to pass off as if his restaurant is Michelin worthy! An absolute joke! And here's the "best part" when I tried to voice my concerns, I was told to leave! I was very polite and instead of hearing me out, trying to make my experience better, I get told to leave! How disgusting! Please don't come here. The ambiance is terrible, overwhelming, and you will get sick because they have no consideration for cross contamination!

You can access the mall area from the left of the hotel lobby. What impressed me most was the presentation of all the dishes. They really took great care to make everything look beautiful. All the plates and dishes were just so stunning. The other thing that really stood out was the service. They were so friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate when servers know their menu well and are able to make suggestions. I can't remember my server's name, but she was just top-notch. We ordered: - Miso soup, (served in a charming, Japanese chawan mushi cup) the flavor was really good and strong. (I hate it when it's weak) - Spicy dumplings. They tasted homemade. Yummy - Shrimp shu mai, good, tasted as it should - Tanaka roll, with extra crispies on top, (I was not a fan because I did not expect it to be deep-fried. if it had not been deep-fried, I would've liked it.) - Peking duck served in an impressive three tier tower that looks like a round Chinese Temple. - Pork Belly Bao bun, this was also a miss for me because I expected it to taste like barbecue, but it was just really salty like they used a lot of brown salty sauce. All in all, I really enjoyed this restaurant, even though I didn't like those two items. Bec But, because of the excellent service, the atmosphere and the beautiful way they served the food, I decided to leave them a five star review. Those dishes weren't bad they just weren't what I expected. We don't live in the area so if we were to stay in this hotel again, we would definitely dine here again. I'd like to try some of the other items on the menu. You should give this Restaurant a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.

We started with a drink each, I got the purple moon cocktail which is sort of like a fruity and floral lychee-lavender-elderflower martini. The twice cooked pork was flavorful and not too greasy, the dry fried string beans were quite savory with a nice bite, and the Szechuan spicy chicken (some of you might recognize this dish's more common name of dry chili chicken or dry pepper chicken) was crispy savory and infused good but not overwhelming amount of heat. The portions for all of the entrees were pretty satisfying for the three of us and we left full. Overall, it may not be perfect but Tanka is a good spot for tasty Chinese food in a city that could definitely use some more legit Asian food!
