I found it! I found one, finally. A nail salon that delivers. Sure the salon is a little unfashionable, with its old NYC vibes but they delivered and at a very reasonable price too! I stumbled upon the place while browsing the neighborhood, after calling and getting no answer with a call back from them quoting a very reasonable price for a pedicure. When I arrived I was greeted by a woman who asked me what service I wanted and was promptly serviced by another woman. They even had one of my favorite colors from OPI which I eyed quickly out of all of the colors and picked right away. As I sat in the chair I enjoyed the electronic massage I received along with the foot scrub followed by an oil massage after my cuticles were cut, nails filed and trimmed to perfection. Once my toes were painted, and I was seated at a drying station, I thought it was all over but nope, I was given a pleasant and perfectly pressured back massage while my toes were under the drying fan. Came for a mani pedi. Will never come again. I understand that they have a lot of customers and hence in a rush but you don't let your customers bleed or cause injury. You provide them with good service. This woman cut my nail skin so deep and I was bleeding and the pain was so bad, I almost passed out. I was so confused and I didn't know what to do. I paid full and even tipped but I shouldn't have. Never coming here again. I came home and I'm still bleeding and it hurts. I hope it doesn't get infected. read more

Review for wax only. My usual place is closed so I went here. The woman is not well trained - she missed a lot of spots for the Brazilian wax (which i pointed out to her 7-8x while I was in the back room, not when I got home because that would've been a complete waste of time and money), long hairs and entire sections she just skipped over. After I showed her, I think she got most of it but it was alarming she missed blatant spots with her own eyes the first time. Secondly for upper lip wax, she burned me (photo). While she was doing lip wax, she got wax in my hair because she was moving the stick too close to my head, carelessly. She proceeded at the end to use oil to try to rub some off my hair. When I paid in cash, she noted the tax, which was fine. I tipped 15% on the pre-tip amount. When I asked for change, she gave me less than what I told her so I had to show her on the calculator to get the proper change back. She wanted 20% for burning me and getting wax in my hair?!? They were efficient, clean, and positive throughout the service, however the more I think about it, the more I'm disappointed I didn't receive an attempt to remedy the issue or some sort of compensation. I really wanted a darker, almost purple type color and picked one for a gel manicure, but it came out a very different shade. When the manicure was over, I asked my really great technician to compare it and even she was shocked but just brushed it off as the color being too sheer and advised me to pick an even darker color to get it to look like the one advertised. I've never had this issue before and don't want to deal with it going forward, so I don't know if I'd return. read more

I really wanted to love this place, I really did. I have been living in Brooklyn for over a year and this is the third salon I have tried for a dip powder manicure. (I am from NJ and have just been stretching out my dip manicures to get them done when I am home visiting family) I had and event coming up and desperately needed my nails done and I found this place. Reasonably priced and good reviews for dip powder. They had about 50 colors to choose from which was nice. A lot of dark / neutral colors. Unfortunately there were no extra COVID-19 precautions in place. Just mask wearing. My dip powered manicure took 2.5 hours. I do appreciate the attention to detail but was shocked at how long I had spent there. It cost $45 plus $3 cc processing fee. I got my nails done Friday and they looked pretty good. Other then the shape (it is almost like they were filed towards the nail techs dominate hand but it really wasn't anything you would notice if you weren't looking for it) But here I am on Wednesday writing this review with chipped nails. So far I have one noticeable chip and the top coat is peeling off my other fingers. My dip powder never chips and will last as long as I need to go in between manicures. Unfortunately this is not the case for the manicure I got at this salon. I can't speak to any of their other services, but I personally will not back. read more

It's clean, all staff wear masks and they ask you to sanitize your hands when you come in. They have a 10 day Gel policy where they will fix your nails if the gel polish chips within 10 days. Terrible experience! The staff wasn't even friendly nor accommodating. I have had tons of manicure services done but never experienced such a rude one. I got a regular manicure and while the price was fine (compared to the $17 in other salons), the quality wasn't great. I got my nails done with Wendy, and I have never had someone take this much care and time on my nails (especially at this price). Couple of things went wrong. To begin, when I walked in it was "what do you want"! (I'm black) another (black) young lady came in after me and it was "what do you want". Next time to get my pedicure. She used only water, no oil, no soap!!! Then asks me if I want callous remover (in English) . I have no callouses so I said no thank you! A caucasian female came in and it was hi!!
