My husband had to walk out a few times to figure out what the next step was. Turns out they were just waiting for us in the facial room but again no one said anything. I would say overall the experience was okay. The best thing was the exfoliation and mud area! I had never been exfoliated like that before and then feeling buttery smooth afterwards.
