We have gotten delivery from Zaap Zaap three times and we really love it. The ingredients are fresh and the flavor is perfect. Never too hot; they send a small container with hot sauce so you can spice up your dish as much as you want. Kind and fast delivery. We love this place. my family and i have been going here for about two years now and we're obsessed! the owner and his family are so unbelievably nice and welcoming and before covid when we would sit down he'd bring us free sides like french fries and drinks and he even recognized us and always talked with us! we probably get food from zaap zaap about once every week or two because we crave it all the time! my brother and i had never had thai food before going here and were a little unsure if we'd like it or not but everyone in my family loves the food (we've even turned some of other family members and friends on to it and they all love it too)! their tom yum soup and chicken satay are both so amazing, they're my favorites i get them every single time! i cannot recommend zaap zaap enough! we love having such an amazing restaurant so close to us and always take advantage of it by ordering often! read more

We searched on Yelp for a restaurant in Lockport and although this place is currently ranked 3rd it should be ranked #1. We really enjoyed this little gem. We decided to eat in and the food was simply delicious starting with appetizers. You can order how spicy you want your food as well if you don't want it really spicy. Both my husband and I said mild and mild it was. Not many Thai restaurants in the area and we give this particular one 5 stars and would give more if we could. Carry out available. read more

Very rude owner, threw a crumpled receipt at my face (literally) because my form of payment was declining and I had to cancel the order. I would not come here if you'd like to be treated decently, regardless of what happened, you never throw something at someone else. This is something we all learned at 3 years of age. read more

Absolutely wonderful. Had the Pad See Ewe with tofu and the spring rolls, my wife had chicken Pad See Ewe with chicken satay. My sister had the wonton soup. They were all delicious, different, fresh, and amazing. The flavors were a bit different than some of the other Thai places in the area, but so good! Horrible, I had a taste for pad thai for a few weeks now and just had some pad see ew in Athens this weekend, so I thought I would give this place a shot, finally. Authentic, high quality. Bit of a language barrier. If you don't like fish sauce that is the funk in the flavors. Pork with dry noodle and panang very good, but salty. Spicy is spicy! Expect a wait for carry out-made to order. read more

The food was very good, especially the spring rolls! We ordered for pickup and the order was prepared and ready to be picked up exactly when the person told us it would be, so the food was extremely fresh and hot at pickup and didn't feel like it was left sitting at all. We ordered out but the inside seemed like a nice place to sit and eat if you aren't in a rush. Definitely will be going back for the food alone! read more

Very good Thai. Ordered the fresh roll bites, Pad see ewe and Moo Dang. Delicious. Placed the order and they said will be ready by 610. 612 we were on our way back home. The fresh roll bites were wrapped in lettuce with pork, veggies and shrimp. The beef Pad see Ewe was tender and flavorful. The Moo Dang was outstanding. The braised pork was umami perfect. Savory and not too spicy. We plan to visit again. read more

Amazing, incredible and delicious! A dearth of Thai food offering in the south suburbs have finally yielded a home run! Authentic, spicy (or not as you choose), even the fries have tons of flavor. We tried the Tom ka soup, red curry, drunken noodles and (of course ) chicken satay. The chicken satay was tender and flavorful, the peanut sauce not too sugary. The red curry was a flavor bonanza !! Good Thai food in Locktuckey! Had Spicy Basil chicken and it had great heat! Also the crab ragoons were yummy. Anxious to go back and try more food! Sweet owner, cute atmosphere! The milk green tea is freaking delicious! The one complaint (and what dropped it to 3 stars) is that we ordered two pad thai dishes and ordered them medium. They were NOT medium. Definitely hot (we usually love spicy food - we're from Texas), and when we called the helper (¿Jacob?) said there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately we couldn't eat the food it was so hot. Can't imagine what would happen if you ordered hot! Felt sad, to pay for two dishes and have to toss them.
