I am very much the "I don't write reviews" kind of guy normally but I have to here. I work in the area and was waiting for this place to open for weeks. Hot chicken is all the craze right now and many options of it are decent, but nothing stands out. This place stands out. The breading and the kinds of spice used are so flavorful. Not only do all 3 levels of heat hold VERY noticeable differences, but also they are all flavorful. I can't remember the last time a chicken place had a tasty MAX heat option. Place was 75% empty but a few tables were not wiped down and were dirty. none of the printers in the store worked at all. I asked for a copy of my receipt they could not get it at the time. The Manager took my email and info was going to send it to me the next day ( last Monday). A week later and still nothing no receipt or phone call with an explanation. If you're conflicted about whether to order a sandwich versus tenders, the sandwich is essentially 3 tenders on sandwich buns & the respective coleslaw. Sloppy Zach (4/5): Really enjoyed the breading on the chicken, it added a nice crunch without being overly breaded/oily. One thing that stood out about this sandwich is instead of traditional cabbage coleslaw, the Sloppy Zach has a nice kale coleslaw with a honey mustard dressing. It adds a nice crunch to the sandwich without being overly wet. The Risky spice (which is Level 2 out of 3) wasn't too spicy, it had a nice kick but it wasn't unbearable, I would say a little spicier than In-N-Out yellow peppers. Their chicken uses a hot oil versus powdered pepper to achieve their spice. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I tried their reaper chicken and it was absolute dog shit. Had zero spice going down. Then hours later I had uncontrollable stomach pain. The food is really good overall! The chicken was very crispy and well seasoned. It was also very juicy and the pieces were on the larger side. The combo comes with a side and a drink and I ended up getting the kaleslaw which had an amazing flavor and wasn't bitter or soggy. Their freshly squeezed lemonade was also fire. The woman that greeted me when I first entered was very nice and helpful considering it was my first time she guided me through the menu. After quizzing them for a few minutes over the menu items, because we're lactose intolerant, we decided on some chicken strips, fries and BBQ sauce. They were really quick getting the food out. Fries - these are my new favorite fries. They're perfectly cooked and have a yummy seasoned salt on them Chicken strips - crunchy and just slightly spicy at the lowest spice level. Really good. If you get the sandwich, it's the chicken strips in a bun (as opposed to a chicken patty) so ratio of breading to chicken is disproportionate, not to mention difficult to eat as a sandwich (again, individual strips of chicken in a bun). Came in to try some hot chicken. Ordering was easy from the kiosk. Got a chicken wrap, mash and gravy and fries. My fries came, but was disappointed they were warm. I asked the young lady my fries were not fresh. Without any hesitation, or back and forth explanation they immediately said, we will make you a fresh batch. No, attitude, no scowl, just got down to business and took care of it. The young lady came over with my fresh piping hot fries, apologetic and courteous and with a smile!
