I walked over a little early and he was just awesome! None of that slightly uncomfortable stylist-customer banter! James was easy to talk to, he knew right away what to do with my hair, and he even had some recommendations for my hair, and referrals for other beauty services. Sure, price was a little more than what I've been paying, but a) literally right around the corner from work, b) easy to talk with, like an old friend catching up, and c) I LOVE MY HAIRCUT! My stylist was Rosie and she was great. Very friendly and approachable, and her hair looked great (I find it questionable if a hairstylist has bad hair). During my consultation she listened to my concerns and gave me suggestions without being pushy. I ended up with a great haircut! I would definitely comeback! Luckily I have a friend to visit when I get a haircut from now on! The salon is neat and clean, the people are friendly. Its not an overly trendy looking place that plays techno music. I prefer going to the same hairdresser cuz by now she already knows me and what I want. I also have a difficult hair texture and she can make me look good in a short haircut. I like that she takes her time and is super careful around my manyyyyy ear piercings. And she always makes sure I'm 100% satiated with my hair and I feel comfortable communicating if I want something tweaked. She makes getting a haircut less stressful for me~

More of a social gathering among friends while getting pampered at the same time. I was unable to get an appointment at my regular salon or anywhere else. I was so happy that the owner herself was able to get me in last minute. I have lived near the Crestview Shopping for many years and this is the first time I checked out this salon as I never noticed it before. It is nice to know I can get some beauty pampering which was not only convenient, but affordable and satisfying. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and welcome.
