New customer, probably $1500 to spend, I took my phone and then started to dial and though - she can't even get up and come say hello through the glass and have some sort of human interaction? Neither I nor my money is that transactional and if I wanted to have an experience through the glass, I would either get a friend who is in prison or try and see if Hannibal Lector is in an institution nearby.
