I received an email cancelling my appt. with Dr. Andrews. I've been waiting for 45 minutes to…read morereschedule my appt. So far all I've received computer ads and assurances that someone will help me soon. Well, soon has come and gone many times. This is a failure of management. You need to fix this by hiring more staff for scheduling or finding a better phone message service.

I wish someone had warned me about the amount of time a regular eye exam takes in this office…read more Three (3) hours. I sit and wait and hear patients asking the front desk personnel about the three hour appointment and they are told "each appointment takes three hours." Those of us seeing the doctor (once the assembly line techs are done with us) on our lunch break cannot afford to stay for three hours. Actual time with the MD is about 15 minutes. So that is a lot of waiting and patients guess we are being double, if not triple booked. I have seen patients fall asleep in the waiting room. Do not be talked into their highly overpriced eyeglass collection! Just another money maker for the corporation. You are better off getting your prescription filled elsewhere. There will be a sales pitch the first appointment though. They prefer wealthy patients so that is their preferred target pool. There is no point in mentioning the billing office but be prepared for them to be inept and you the victim of their ineptitude. Never have I witnessed so much lying in one place before. No one told me, so I am hoping my taking this time will give someone else a chance to reconsider this very, very corporate type office.

I bought…read morea pair of casual glasses and a pair of sport sunglasses for fishing, both progressives. I received the glasses about 1.5 weeks later. The casuals were ok, the sports were another issue. Because the sports were rounded, the progressives did not work. I think that should have been known before I was sold a 1000.00 pair of sport sunglasses. Another 1.5 weeks later, I got bifocal sport sunglasses, with another expensive frame. The distance/bifocal lenses were wrong. Another issue is polarization, the lenses looked to be scorched, or damaged at several different points of the lenses. I was told by the office manager that was normal. I've bought polarized glasses before, and never seen that type of a defect. I waited another 1.5 weeks for a single vision lense sport sunglasses, they too were polarized, but no marks, interesting. However the long distance vision in the lenses does not appear to be correct either. I have done some research and found that polarization in some glasses affects the vision. Another miss? So, I went from a rounded feature that did not work for progressive type lenses, to a bifocal that had the wrong strength lenses, to a single vision lense that still appears to not be correct. I asked the sales consultant, is there a difference in price for the lense changes? I was told no change according to my insurance. Hm, unfortunate I told her. After waiting a month and a week, my sport sunglasses do not appear to be correct. I like Dr. Strebig, but the office staff is not so willing to mitigate problems with care and concern. I've never had any issues like this before, and not will to go back to that type of run-around again. I have been a customer here for a few years, did not lose my cool or disrespect anyone, not my style, but I do not feel I was treated well as a customer. Based off of this, I will not return to that office. Jeffery Wilson.

Please stay away from this location…read more I have been bringing my daughter here for years, literally years. & Today we go and I tell them everything is the same as it's always been. They do her exam & we go sit down for them to order the glasses and they gave me paperwork for me sign something saying insurance will cover this and that... please keep in mind that I stated numerous times that the insurance doesn't sound right as my husbands insurance through work was no longer active. They said it's pulling up so let them pay. Okay cool. I go to sign paperwork and my daughter's first name is spelled correctly, her last name isn't. My daughter's birthdate is wrong... they initially told me that the woman just copied it over wrong & it's fine... then she begins looking back and forth a bit more closely and finds that the last name is spelled this "incorrect" way... then they ask me if my name is Crystal and I say no. Suddenly everything that was covered through insurance needs to be paid. We cancelled ordering glasses with the understanding that I would just order online and then they tried to charge me for today's visit. They tried justifying it by saying they were reimbursing me for something from our previous visit that should never have been ordered to begin with. I made it clear that I wasn't paying because she has insurance that they apparently no longer take & it's not on me that they ran the wrong one. I did walk out with my refund from the previous visit and I plan to reschedule my daughter's visit with another business. Any business that is okay with brushing off the fact that they were running the wrong insurance as if it's no big deal and has still tried to run it in the beginning is shady. Really makes me wonder what they've been up to. I do intend to report them because this is not okay.

Everyone at this location is very helpful, polite, and professional. They make our visits seamless.read more
