Came by to get a screen protector for my new iPad Air. The initial investment seems high but i suppose it's worth it because if I have a cracked screen it'll be expensive to replace. 2 part. 2 visits. Part one: Customer service was excellent and respectful. My 3 star is based on the brand itself. I purchased ZAGG privacy screen protector from Best Buy less than 30 days. I never had ANY DROPS on my brand new iPhone pro which also have the Apple brand clear case on it. and I keep it in my purse or other safe secure places. I notice a chip at the base of the protector which I HATE THAT ISH. Calling ZAGG on the phone they informed me about replacing my screen. I arrived brought the original case I purchased even had the receipt on my email. And they told me IN PERSON is $12 after I paid $50 LESS THAN 30 days ago. ((I was considering exchanging my phone for a larger memory. 512GB TO 1TB. same size.)) I excited without getting the service on my 512gb. Part 2: I return with both EXACT SAME iPhones. (Different storage amounts) and with all original boxes. (I UNBOXED my new phone IN FRONT OF HIM) This service guy was different than the last visit. He confirm my screen, offer to upsell me, a different one ($20 more), No thank you. Offer to sell me camera protectors while he scratching his nails on my ACTUAL DUCKING CAMERA LENS ON MY BRAND NEW IPHONE 16 pro 1TB. WHILE THE CASE IS ON IT, After he place my new screen on it. This boy really tried it. Wtf would you even place your finger on my lens. My ears work just fine. I PAID THE $12 and left. He placed the screen on this phone beautifully. I didn't appreciate him scratching my lens to explain and trying to make a sale on my actual phone fresh out the box. He could've done that bs on the phone I was sending back. Hopefully I don't need there services again. If so, I'm definitely gonna let whom ever know what's up. read more

I have been using ZAGG invisible shield for years. This being the closest location, unfortunately will be the reason I stop using ZAGG products. For the past 3 experiences here, it has not been positive. Like others mentioned, they charge a "installation fee" when replacing the screen. Which kind of defeats the purpose of lifetime warranty in my opinion. The employees that work here now are rather rude and some have no idea what they are doing. One lady was helping me install the screen protector on (with a attitude when I emphasized only wanting the normal glass+ for iPhone 11 Pro Max because she wanted to upsale) while another younger guy was pulling up my account. He could not spell my name after i had already repeated myself multiple times. Then didn't even know how to check me out when I wanted to pay with Apple Pay (even though he was the one that told me they accept it). My previous visit here, I had a glass+ shield that i wanted to replace ,and they were out of that option for IPhone X. So I had to upgrade and pay extra to get the "sapphire" one that was apparently even stronger than the glass. Not strong enough apparently because when I dropped my phone not even that far, my actual phone screen had cracked. So it was rather pointless of this sapphire shield. But crazy thing with the previous glass+ shield, never had a problem. It actually cracked the shield and protected my phone screen. Unfortunately can't say the same for the most recent screen protector. Therefore, I would just order online and install it myself at home. Cheaper and don't have to deal with attitude. read more

I have had to go back there 2 times already to get a new screen protectors put on. And now I have ANOTHER cracked screen protector. Every time I have to pay $10 to put it on. (Plus the cost of the protector the first time) BTW- I am very careful with my phone. I have NEVER put it in my pocket or dropped it. I treat my phone very well(to expensive to replace) I don't believe these are REAL ZAGG screen protectors. I think they are knockoffs. I wish I would have never wasted my money here. 02.09.2023: I use to love coming to this location, till lately. I've had ZAGG for a few years and It comes with warranty everything was good, but this is my 3rd time where I come and the lady working it says she has the screen protector I need. I then let her know that it's for warranty and she says she doesn't have it. How do you change up your story just cause I'm not buying it full price. Kinda frustrating tbh. read more

This is a fraudulent zagg franchise. All the stories you read in other reviews about them charging fees for zagg warranties are true. zagg's corporate policy states that a protector may be replaced under a lifetime warranty without any fees attached. Unfortunately when I spoke to Zagg corporatethey stated that these are franchise locations that they have little control over. if you want to get your device serviced, contact zagg support and they can refer you to a repair facility that will not charge you any fees. I came here to try and replace my fractured screen protector and was attempted to be sold on spending $15 to install it and another $10 to ship it back to zagg which zagg is paying them for as well. this under many cases could be considered fraud! I went to get my screen protector changed on 07.08.19 and a day later after most of the bubbles went away, there was one that was still there. There was a spec of dust under the screen protector. I'm taking summer classes and I work. I haven't had time to go back to get it fixed. I was finally able to go today and because I'm out of the 7 days to get it fixed, I'd have to pay another $10 to get it fixed. I wouldn't have a problem paying if it was my fault, but it's not. The customer service needs to be better. read more

My last visit here was in 2014, and it was a vastly different experience then compared to now. I upgraded to an iPhone 7 Plus recently and called on a Saturday to ask if they have in stock the HD Tempered Glass for it. The gentleman who answered said he had plenty of everything in stock so after running errands and within 1 1/2 hours of calling, I stopped in to get the screen installed. I was told they did not have any which perplexed me, and I told the guy that I spoke to someone who said they did. He goes, "Oh, it must have been me you spoke to." He then sells me on the 6 Plus protector and says it will fit, no problem. He will sell it to me for $50 instead of the regular price of $55. So I went ahead and got it and when it came time to pay, he charged me $55 and when I called him out on it, he backtracked and overrode the price. A day later air bubbles formed all along the side of the phone and when I could not figure out why I could not use my front camera, I pulled away the screen to find that it was covering it. I called and spoke to the Rimsha, the store manager, and she said I can come in and get it replaced at no charge. Something positive from this experience. Before making another visit I called to make sure they had it in stock and was told by the same guy who helped me that they did. I stopped in, told the employee I needed the 7 Plus screen since the one he reassured me would work did not. When I handed my phone over to him he looked annoyed that I took the screen off and asked, "You took the screen off?" in which I replied, "Yes, so I can actually use my front camera." And he had the audacity to say, "It covered it up that much?" This leads me to believe he knew it would cover it up but not to what extent! Not ONCE did he offer an apology for my troubles! I told him to make sure there are no air bubbles and of course, a day later there are air bubbles all around the edges. Looks like I will have to make ANOTHER trip to get this rectified! read more

Great customer service from Zagg online, but when Verzion screws up putting on a screen protector and says 'just go to Zagg and have them put it on for you' they neglected to mention that the "installation fee" cost half as much as the protector itself. Threw my protector in the trash; done with Zagg. Zagg customer service said that the kiosks are owned and operated by third parties, so they make their own fees, basically. Keep your receipt, contact Zagg online, and you may be able to get refunded. Best they had offered me was an in store credit, but that held no appeal to me. Lots of overpriced products from them. read more

This is the only place in Houston that was able to get a custom cut screen protector for my one plus three down to exact specs, these guys really know what they are doing. The sales reps are very knowledgeable and polite, great customer service. Will be back with my surface book to get it protected was the only place I found that had tempered glass for my surface book. read more

17Feb2015 So Ive learned through other peoples misfortunes that Apple products are notorious for shattered screens. That being said I recently purchased the IPad Air 2, and like with all my gadgets I buy I always take care of my investment. A coworker of mine suggested invisible shield for their life time warranty, which sounded like a safe bet. I went to at least three retailers of Zagg but not one offered to place it on after purchasing the product. I, having two left hands, wouldn't risk essentially wasting $60 on something I'd most certainly screw up. So I decided that the best bet was to look for a actual Zagg store and hope that there would be someone there with more finesse with these matters than I. Finding the kiosk was simple, I talked to the salesman and he suggested a shatter resistant tempered glass shield for $75. He did a great job at it and on the very first try. Zero bubbles and absolutely no imperfections. On top of all that I was only there less than 5 minutes. Gave him the change from $80, but would have given him more if I had more change. read more
