They proceeded to fix my car and then I was notified by the other parties insurance company that his policy would not cover all of the charges. After that, they withheld my car from me, telling me that the insurance company needed to sort it out before they would release my car! Ridiculous! When I finally was able to retrieve my car ,after days of being hassled, and having to pay for a rental out of my own pocket, there was car parts missing from my car! The only reason they got away with it is because I did not have enough time to thoroughly inspect my car before retrieving it and honestly, I just wanted to get the hell out of there, as I was being treated so horrible. After arriving back home and fully inspecting my car, that's when I realized there was a part missing and also a part that was loose and not fully attached to the car! I am astounded that they can get away with treating people the way they treated me, not contacting me with any estimate and repairing my car without my permission, doing such a horrible job! They were very knowledgeable and extremely kind throughout the whole process. One thing I especially appreciated was that they stuck to their original quote. Because of my situation, I first had to remove the tint and come back later to get the new tint installed. When I called to schedule the follow-up appointment, I was told the price would normally be $90 instead of the $75 I had originally been quoted. However, they honored the original quote anyway.
