    puncture leather

DO NOT EVEN WAEST YOUR TIME TO GO TO ZAMORA I drive 2015 lexus and went to zamora to fix exterior paint cause of tree sap damage and lttle dent on door. they repainted all over my car but the hood has hundres craeters and told me those are rock chips and insurance not pay for it. 100s small craters are seriousaly rock chips ? I only wanted to fix exterior paint and dent but zamore create damge around the interior right rear door and interior left rear door. There are fresh scratches on the plastic and sharp fresh cuts on the leather that appear to have been made by tools. I have taken extraordinary care of this car since I have owned it, brand new off the lot. Nobody rides in the rear seats and I have never seen these defects before taking it to Zamora. They refuse to acknowledge fault.

They are getting ready to work on my Acura gray TLX soon. I will give them 5 stars because my dad sent me but after the work is done I will repost the true stars. I have not set the appointment up yet. Next week I will. Follow up with everyone soon.

    Before.

What a great outfit. Staring down an expensive Autobody repair for a modest dent on my bumper with some residual paint. Zamora's buffed out the paint on my bumper free of charge, after which I had a mobile restoration outfit repair the dent. Ended up spending a fraction of the estimated cost to remove and paint the fender under my insurance. Thank you Zamora's! Will take my vehicles to this Frederick, MD Autobody shop in the future. Honest people that do impeccable work.

This is how Zamora's techs will drive your vehicle.

I'd avoid this place like the plague if I were you. I'm from MA and was in Frederick on business…read morefor a few months (I was hit about 2 weeks prior to heading down to MD) so I decided to wait to have my repairs in Frederick. I did a little bit of research on Google and the business seemed legit. Kevin, the owner, responded to my request and I was able to get my car in for a right front panel repair and also a bumper repair. Unfortunately, I was rear ended a month prior to this accident so my repairs were similar other than the front drivers side panel. That repair took 4 days. Anyway, I dropped my car off here on a Monday and was told it would most likely be repaired on Friday unless other issues were found. Of course, I was told they had to replace the entire rear bumper. Rather than bore you with all the details, I'll just make it brief. My car was in the shop for 18 days for this repair. Communication while it was in the shop was non-existent for the most part. Tons of excuses! When I picked it up the car was overheating and pouring out coolant like crazy. I had to have it towed back to the shop as its apparent something happened here. They paid for the cost to have it repaired which was an air bubble in the coolant system supposedly. After I picked it up again it still needed a cohesive put on the front drivers panel and an alignment, which was covered by insurance. It took 3 weeks for them to get back to me to bring it back in yet again. Typically, this would be a same day job. With Frederick, I knew I wouldn't be getting my car back the same day. Needless to say, this is the worst experience I've ever had with an automotive business in my entire life. I had to constantly stop by the shop to check on the status of my car, communication was absolute shit, and the turnaround time was an absolute joke. On top of that, now I'm having issues with my spoiler. I can't prove this is because of Frederick Auto Body, but the timing seems odd. Anyway, I'll get that looked at by a mechanic when I return to MA. I've seen some 1 star Google reviews where Kevin denies working on these cars. I had a similar issue with a used car salesman back in the day where I bought a Maserati and it was basically a lemon. Like consumers are confused where they made a major purchase? Really?! Owners will lie to save face. I very much came here for services, and the experience was very much absolute shit.

BEWARE: David, the owner, is a liar and forced his employee to lie to me about work done to my car…read more From the beginning: Got into a minor accident that just left a crack on my bumper. My insurance recommended Modern Auto Body as their "preferred" shop so I went there for the repairs. Called me when my car was done (which took twice as long as they estimated) and I said Id pick up the next morning. Get there only to find out they weren't sure if a vendor completed a task so they had to call the vendor back out (AC refill) and will take 1-2 hours. meaning I could not take my car. I have my 3 yr old with me so this was inconvenient but ok, took my rental and went shopping to kill time. Come back 2 hours later, take my car home to find MOUSE DROPPING INSIDE MY CAR. My entire console was covered and inside the glove box. This is disgusting! How could they return a car to me with mouse droppings all over? I can understand that living near wooded areas may bring mice however how they handled it is awful. I call them to let them know what I found and receive hesitation about what "they can do for me". I was initially told they can vacuum it out. I said thats not enough. I will not drive my child around in a car with mouse droppings in the ventilation system potentially and what about the damage the mice could have done to the engine? I wanted 3 things, the car vacuumed and sanitized, the ventilation system and engine checked for damage and droppings and new cabin filter. Too much too ask? This is a 6 month old new car worth $60k. I did not trust my car in their care to have it returned with droppings from vermin inside. If you got this far, keep going. The good stuff is below. What happened next is shocking. I took the car back the same day after 2-3 phone calls back and forth, to be met with more hesitation even though they told me to come back. I was told they checked everywhere for my filter and no one has it in stock so they cant do that. They are also waiting for the adjustor to "approve it". I asked approve what? My insurance is to pay for something that happened on the auto body shops property and for a $40 filter? Ridiculous! Tim, the employee, tells me to wait while he takes it to the detailers to clean. 30 mins later or so comes back out to tell me "surprise, David (the owner) ordered a filter and didn't tell me" so we were able to replace that. I was definitely hesitant to believe that bc Tim was initially adamant that there were no filters in stock but David managed to get one delivered in 30 mins? Tim takes me out to show me how they cleaned up the car and "on scouts honor" (bc I asked again) said they replaced the cabin filter and checked the engine and found no further issues. I said ok, cool, but I would like my old filter back. Tim pulled out his phone to show me a picture. I said no, I want my old filter please. He said ok and went back to get it while I waited in my drivers seat. When Tim came back WITH David, empty handed, I knew they lied. David aggressively opens my passenger door and pulls the glove box open while having a massive attitude saying "If you want to go dig through the dumpster you can but we're not" and offered to show me the filter in my car. I asked why he has a massive attitude and raising his voice when I have been super understanding even though it was my third time there today and he starts yelling again. I told him to get out of my car. Hind site, I wish I would have let him rip the filter out but I was not going to let him yell at me. He slammed the door and told Tim he is not allowed to talk to me anymore and they both started to walk away so I got out of my car and yelled across the car to let them know I know they are liars and Tim even said "scouts honor". Tim did turn around when I asked him if he lied to my face and told me he is just the messenger. So to my understanding, David told him to lie. Thats when David charged back at me with a finger in my face yelling at me (im a 5'2 small female alone in a parking lot with two men). My husband removed the "new filter" when I got home to find dirt and debris in it so clearly they lied as the filter was old and dirty. BEWARE!!
