I would never have begun this process if I thought the cost would be potentially double. I let the owner know that this was never disclosed, and she did not reply. She just forwarded my email onto someone else who told me the owner was on vacation for a month. On top of that, after one of my treatments, I was bruised badly. The owner told me that this was not a bruise and is normal. Yet, four months later, I still have remnants of a bruise on my chest and I have to go elsewhere to spend thousands to fix what was started on my arms.

When I shared that, it was suggested that the front desk might not have passed the full amount along. That surprised me, as the front desk team has always been consistently kind, professional, and trustworthy. I want to be clear that the front desk staff are excellent.
