For our rehearsal dinner, we had an Italian spread, and I am not exaggerating when I say the lasagna was literally the best lasagna I have ever had in my life. I ate the leftovers for an entire week and was genuinely sad when they were gone. For our wedding dinner, we had a taco bar, and it was a dream. The chicken was freaking phenomenal, the food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for. Dawn also made our wedding dessert dreams come to life with an assortment of desserts that were just as beautiful as they were delicious. Beyond the food, their professionalism, presentation, and display were unlike anything I have ever seen. Everything looked amazing, ran smoothly, and felt so thoughtfully done. Well he did not disappoint, from the appetizers to the desserts, each course was a hit. I am still getting compliments about the food served. I guess the best part of my experience with Perfect Chef was how easy they were to work with, nothing was too hard or complicated. Their staff were efficient and polite and did it all with a smile. A service truck with all of the advertising for Flavor Chef Catering was driving extremely erratically, well over the speed limit, and was tailgating me to the point that I was worried they would hit me. I was turning into my residential area with my signal on when the driver of this truck tried to split the lanes and almost caused an accident. When you have all of your advertising on a panel truck, you need to understand that that's just as important as having a good or bad product. I would never use this company and I would make sure that if I ever have the chance I would let people know not to use them either. Driving so erratically that they almost caused an accident is more damaging than a bad meal.

They did an excellent job with the food, the delivery and the quality of service. I didn't remember placing the utensils and things down, so I thought the items had been forgotten, but after calling DB&C, they reminded me that I had placed them on another counter, away from the food. It's so awesome that they remembered a little detail that I had forgotten; extra points for that! Everyone enjoyed the food and many took me up on my offer to take home some of the leftovers. Their daughter, Rianna, was a pleasure to work with; she handled the business end of things beautifully and I never worried that things wouldn't work out. I hope that their family's business continues to grow beyond what they have imagined. Give them an opportunity to make your next event be the one nobody can stop talking about.
