    On my last visit to Zara, I was treated with total indifference and disrespect. I tried to exchange a defective item, but no one listened or cared to understand. They told me to resolve it online, where I was told only the store could handle it. In the end, they bounced me back and forth. The male section employee with "short hair" was extremely RUDE, and I felt discriminated against. I felt pushed out of the store. I ended up buying another piece and left with both, but I will never return. You need to review your staff. As a loyal customer, this was the worst experience. No solution. No care. Just neglect.

    I was discriminated against and was not allowed to return a defective item even though it was within the 30 day window. I bought a pair of defective heels and management refused to return it and made it seem as if I was the cause for defect. I only wore the heels one night then noticed they were defective. I work full time and I am a full time grad student, at the time when I bought the heels I was in an accelerated summer session so I literally had no time to go to the store. When my semester was slowing down, I was lucky that there was two days left before the end of the 30 day mark. Management initially gave me customer service number but because I work 9-5, I wasn't able to get ahold of them due to their hours of operation. When I contacted customer service next day, they ask if it was online or in store purchase, to which I told them in store. Without asking for any additional information they said we only handle online orders and told me to go back in store and talk to a manager. I returned to the store where they continued to tell me they don't handle products that are defective. Then one manager told me I defected it because I wore them once. Which is against their policy (I will attach a picture of their policy that states that if you wear a product and notice a defect to take it into the store). There's no way one night of walking in these heels would cause for the heel cap to come off. There was no adhesive on the heel cap. Then I reached out to the customer service again and I will post what they said.

    This is my least favorite Zara location. It's so bright and doesn't feel welcoming at all. Haven't found any nice clothes at Zara in years. The quality went way down and the price up. Used to love Zara. Hopefully the selection and quality will improve.

    The manager here is hella rude and unhappy all the time. She shouldn't be a manager. Pick another career lady.

    It's super busy at this location & the customer service is not good. Also really long lines. They have nice clothes tho.

    This Zara has the worst lines to check out, always. You have to have a lot of time if you want to purchase something here.

Charging customers more than the listed price and then failing to address the issue or follow up is extremely poor business practice. I expected transparency and professionalism, but unfortunately received neither. I hope the store improves its pricing accuracy and customer service because this experience left a very negative impression.

A gift for a newborn was returned 24 hours late -- one single day -- because the new mother had just given birth and was unable to leave her home for nearly two weeks. Despite fully understanding the circumstances, the store refused any exchange or solution and hid strictly behind "policy," with no grace period and no human consideration whatsoever. If you are a new mother, recovering from childbirth, hospitalized, or simply unable to get out of the house in time -- be aware: this store will not care. Apparently, giving birth is not a valid reason to miss their 14-day deadline. This experience showed me that the brand does not support mothers or families in real life, only in marketing. I will never shop here again and would strongly advise others -- especially new parents -- to think twice before buying gifts here. Luxury prices, zero empathy.

They get bonus points for being well staffed - having enough staff to give 1:1 help to customers even during the holiday rush. Great hours, they open early enough that you can grab a gift before brunch or whatever else you have going on for the day. These people are a godsend. I'm rating this best kids store in L.A.

And asked the cashier to please use my phone number so that my purchase would be registered to my account history.. Long story short, he didn't. And it caused a disaster !! And instead of taking accountability as a store employee made a mistake, the manager blamed me!!! Fast forward to today 1/26, as I proceed to return the item as it didn't work out for me. The original tags were still attached.. The manager Arely was disgusting rude, as I was never given the receipt and didn't know the exact date that the purchase was made. Although she could tell the item was newly purchased, in fact it was new item that had just come out. She blamed me the customer, stating that I should have been aware of what card I used to make the purchase. Like who shops and remembers exactly what card they made a purchase on? Instead of holding the employee who didn't use my customer account accountable, she blamed me, stating that if I didn't know the registrar it was purchased on, and the day and time, that I had to keep the unwanted item. Instead of offering me a store credit. She made me wait about 45 minutes pretending to look for the item in the backlog. When in fact a portion of the time she was upstairs walking around ... Not to mention, I have a disability, and my body became faint and I almost passed out waiting for her. I had to actually sit on register top because she was intentionally taking so long walking around upstairs. The way she spoke to me was disrespectful and disturbing. So Keegan, Adriana and myself decided to first go to Abercrombie & Fitch, where I've bought clothes prior and the experience wasn't to miserable. I absolutely hate shopping for myself, but it gets far more unpalatable, when you got a girl wiv you that has to look at every damn garmet available. The selection at A&F is usually spot on for me, jus loking to be comfortable and casual, not trying to make a bloody fashion statement. Unfortunately, when we got to the Galleria, the escalator wasn't quite working. However, I like escalotors, they can never break, they only become stairs. There would never be a sign posted, " Escalator temporarily out of order." The sign would simply read, "Escalator temporarily stairs, sorry for the convenience!" The staff at A&F if caught on a good day, can certainly be helpful and quite courteous. If the store is crowded, well than you'll unfortunately get the opposite. However today must have been a good day. If I needed a different size or colour, they were accomdating and looked for something that fit. On the other hand, Adriana had to seemingly try on everything, except my clothes. The staff that was helping her were very friendly and extremely nice, wiv a wicked sense of humour, which always makes shopping ten times better. The selection of clothes is decent, certainly not the best, but I wasn't looking for an entirely new wardrobe either. The parking at the mall is always great, especially after lunch hours, on weekdays. Pretty easy to get a spot up front. However sense I don't like door dings on me car, I reckon I hide me car in the farthest parking spot I can find. I jus leave bread crumbs, so I can locate it when it's time to leave.
