Staff has been nice to me and my family for years. I feel like I'm VIP when we walk in. Of course food is delicious as always. But the staff is what makes the experience worth it. One of the managers actually comes to our table and talks with us. She's seen my kids grow from babies to now preteens. read more

I've only had the pleasure of enjoying Zaxby's a handful of times. I believe the first time was in Conway, AR last year while I was volunteering with Mercy Chefs in response to the tornado in Vilonia, AR. I quickly realized that I stumbled onto something special. This store just opened and I was really impressed with the overall experience. Most importantly--the food. I'm used to eating mediocre food when an establishment first opens, but this time it was different. It was everything I expected, and I have high expectations. I will certainly frequent Zaxby's now that we have one near home. Now if a Zaxby's opens in Shreveport (preferably on Mansfield Rd. in the vicinity of Duncan Donuts), I'll be set. I kinda like the chicken fingers in Zaxby's, the sauce is a lil bit sour (but I liked it lol), and the price is a lil bit pricey. Until now, I have been there two times, their restaurant was clean and their service was proper on both occasions. Zaxby's is not far from my house so when I feel like eating chicken fingers, this will be the first place for me. lol read more

Whoa. This has potential but also a long way to go. First of all, food is just okay. ..nothing spectacular. Also, the staff seriously needs to up the service game. When I was there, there was entirely too much confusion and horsing around. I think as they get more experienced it will be tons better service wise. read more

I was curious about the new chicken place in town and decided to give it a shot. I was thinking it was like a regular chicken place like KFC or Popeyes, but only chicken fingers. I almost walked out, and should have, but thought maybe it was worth a try. I took one bite of the fingers and longed for good old raising canes. They have a variety of menu items, but compared to Cane's, they're underwhelming. The strips weren't tender (just your standard chicken strips), the fries were too thick, making them not crispy, and the Zax sauce just doesn't do it for me. I went when they first opened, and it was literally over an hour wait in the drive thru. read more

Used Zaxby's to cater a Christmas party. I got the large platter of half boneless wings and half chicken fingers and a salad platter. Price was reasonable. The food was fresh and ready when promised. The presentation of the meat platter was very nice. The salad was terrific! Everything you could possibly want to add to it was neatly packaged. They even included tongs for serving everything! All of it was a hit at my party. I would definitely recommend them for catering and I will use them again. read more

Have been by 3 times now, the first time they didn't put my order in to get cook but they took my money. Waited about 45 minutes before having to go in and finding out my order was lost in the computer so it had yet to be made. Received two free meal tickets for the inconvenience. Second time was fine used one of the tickets and bought another meal no problems. Today my son wanted zaxby's, so I drove up there ordered a few meals and told them while ordering I had a free meal ticket, no problem at first, got to the window and they refused to accept the ticket and the manager was very rude and nasty to us. Once we got home chicken was cold and they were tiny strips, looked more like something used in a nugget then a chicken strip. Not worth the price. Will not be going back to this location. read more
