    My wife and I stopped here on a Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was busy, but the line moved quickly, and the service was quick, better than we anticipated. The staff at the counter was friendly, patient and helpful. On our visit we found the restaurant to be clean and neat with the tables being clean, surfaces cleaned and wiped down and the trash emptied. With the crowd, there was somebody in the dining area picking up and attending to the dining room the full time we were in the store. Our food was ready in less than five minutes, served fresh and hot. Our order was correct including the sauces we had requested. The quality of the food was consistent with other Zaxby's locations we have visited. We love their traditional wings with fried mushrooms. We will return to this location when in the mood for Zaxbys.

    I ate there today with my son for lunch. The people were friendly. I ordered the chicken finger plate and my son ordered the southern sandwich plate. The chicken fingers and sandwich were OK but the french fries were disgusting. The onion rings were equally disgusting. It appeared like the oil had not been changed in a month. The french fries were rock hard. And the onion rings were very greasy And in small pieces rather than rings. We couldn't even eat them! Yuck! They went right in the trash! The restaurant is definitely showing his age. It looks very dingy and the tables were dirty. The paint is missing off of the walls and there were cobwebs and spiderwebs on the ceiling fans outside. The windows need to be clean and there was dust on the window sills. Actually the ceiling fans were only lights with no blades. The restroom however was clean. I won't come back to this Location.

    As you can see in the photo I ordered a kickin chicken sandwich meal when I got back to work I realized I was only given a box of fries. I had to leave work again and go back to get my correct meal. I ended up clocking in late for my lunch and didn't even have a chance to eat it.

    Food was hot and quick. Awesome! Customer service workers made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially Kayla, unfortunately.

    The fries are NEVER seasoned! i thought one of the main things zaxby's offered was delicious seasoned crinkle fries, this location is awful.

    Very slow service, food is ok but expensive cheaper to go to Applebee's and order thier chicken fingers.

The line does not move. That coupled with ppl parking after they leave the window to go back in and get their order corrected, it's not worth the effort. But... went today at about 3:30p, and stayed because there was no one in line at all. I ordered, the kiosk style employee took my order. I paid at the window, because I had cash. As she gave me my change, she asked me to pull around and park at a numbered spot. I was the only customer in the drive thru I realized I hadn't asked for ketchup but remembered Whataburger (from experiences in Texas) is always good about making sure you have it. I love the spicy ketchup. About 4 min after I Parker's, a nice employee brought me my bag with patty melt and fries- The employee was friendly but brought no ketchup and, when I asked, he said I could swing back around to the window and ask. I didn't bother- not sure why he couldn't bring any back out. No napkins in the bag for my very saucy patty melt. The melt was alright, but the fries were lukewarm and stale (way too salty but this is fairly normal for this chain). I will probably choose other burger joint options- I've tried twice with this restaurant, and it's not worth the money or hassle. Hope they revamp and get with the program or they'll never make it.

I went for the regular cheese burger meal. The burger was two crispy thin patties, two slices of cheese, pickles, onions, mustard. It was pretty good but salty. Compared to other burger spots around, this is right near the top. I like that they have tater tots as an option instead of fries. They were perfect. The portion was great for lunch. I didn't have room for any of the dessert, but he did and said his sundae was great!

I've been reading about the gyro and mozzarella sticks but didn't want to eat that in the car because it sounded messy so I ordered a beef n Cheddar instead lol. So if you get the double meat fries and a drink that costs $12 and that's not too bad so I ordered that on the app. Going to pay the app tells me that because I spent more than $10 I can get a free sandwich. I looked through the sandwiches and saw I could get a 1/2 pound beef and cheddar for free so I did! This was a bad move because I got two of what were the same thing. Duh. I ordered from the parking lot so I went in, washed up, and waited a couple minutes for my order. That was plenty fast. The restaurant was clean. The condiment bar had pumps for all the sauces but I took packets because I was driving. The double meat I customized to come on a sesame bun which turned out to taste better to me than an onion bun. With two packs of Arby's sauce that cuts the salt from the meat and it tastes pretty good. The half pounder is just ridiculous. It is the messiest thing I ever ate in a car, it is almost soup! It is hard to tame the salt in the meat. The Curley fries were as crispy and seasoned as they ever are and were good too. Hey here's the kicker - the soda bar has diet Dr Pepper! I was picking up dinner for my dad, who is bedbound and relies on me for care. He's always loved this location, especially for the milkshakes and his favorite corned beef Reuben sandwich, so even though it's a 25-minute drive from my house, I wanted to bring him something special. From the start, things just felt off? The person taking orders at the drive-thru sounded like she did *not* want to be there. She quickly rushed me through my order, and barely let me finish before cutting me off! When I finally got the food, it was cold and they forgot both a cookie and some chicken tenders. I know mistakes happen, so I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and hopefully get it sorted out. The manager's response honestly shocked me. Instead of trying to help, he asked me if there was "actually something he could help me with," after I explained the situation! Unreal.. It felt like he just wanted me off the phone. When I asked if I could be reimbursed for the missing items and cold food, he didn't offer any solution other than "so is there actually something I can help you with"!! I couldn't believe my ears. Then, when I asked for his name, he hung up on me. When I tried calling back, he refused to take my call. I even tried calling the customer service line, hoping they would rectify the situation ... Unfortunately, I wasn't reimbursed for anything. They said they'd send me a free sandwich card, which apparently takes 4 to 8 weeks to arrive. That just doesn't feel like much of a resolution, especially when all I wanted was a hot meal and a little kindness for my dad. I get that people have rough days and mistakes happen--I really do. But the way this was handled was just unacceptable. I've always appreciated this Arby's for making my dad happy, but after this experience, I honestly don't know if I'll be coming back. I hope management takes this seriously and retrains the staff, because no customer--especially someone just trying to bring a little joy to a loved one--should be treated this way.
