I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Zaxby's. I placed a curbside order because I specifically wanted the convenience of having my food brought to my car. After checking in and parking in the designated curbside spot, I waited for over 20 minutes without anyone bringing out my order or providing any updates. Eventually, I had to go inside to find out what was going on, only to discover that my food had been sitting there the entire time. By then, my meal was cold, defeating the purpose of ordering curbside in the first place. This experience was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of attention to customer service. If curbside service is offered, customers should be able to rely on it being fulfilled properly. Waiting over 20 minutes with no communication and then having to retrieve my own cold food is simply unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers don't have to experience the same level of poor service. read more

Genuinely the worse "fast" food restaurant in Greenwood. I placed an order at 10:30 it's 10:53 still in line and it hasn't moved an inch. Genuinely the most terrible workers and the GM should be ashamed for allowing this to happen. Hire competent workers. read more

Service is better each time we go. Food very reasonable. Very clean. Watch out for the trick ice machine. It is self serve and closest to the register but never works. Use the big red drink selector for your ice. read more

Terrible customer service. The store is always busy and slow as fuck. Majority of the workers are a bunch of kids walking around looking like they expect the shift to be ran off 2-3 truly good workers. There were only two people in line and I ordered online and it still took them 10 minutes to finally ask me what I wanted once it was my turn in line. If I could leave a zero I would. Been going to Zacby's for a while. Their service has slowed to the point of ridiculousness. I started this review six months ago but decided to hold it and try later. Intrigued by the new taco menu item I went back. The service had deteriorated. I've been to other Zaxby's and the wait and service outstrips this place by a mile. Honestly doesn't even deserve the star. Every Sunday we go out here the dinning room is always closed or there is a 45min wait for food and there won't even be but maybe 3-4 people dinning in and 3 cars in the drive thru. Reading reviews left by others is cathartic! This is LITERALLY the worst Zaxby's location ever. I have tried (key word tried) several times to eat here but the drive thru is ALWAYS wrapped around the building and it's never because the food is good- it's because of how incredibly slow this store is. I even tried to go into the store thinking it HAD to be faster but nope- just as slow. I used to go there weekly for their teriyaki wings and ranch dressing, but recently I went their for my mom's surprise birthday dinner and I had the ribs and Cesar salad. I had to go back the next day and get the same thing soooo good. read more

This is absolutely the worst Zaxby's I have ever visited. I keep thinking it will get better but today was my final visit. They never get the orders right, the drive thru is super slow. I have gotten home with someone else's order and couldn't tell you how many times that has happened and to top it off, my order was more expensive - so I lost money. I have never been inside this store and it appear clean. Their famous tea always has a sour/old taste and it's always hot because they use little to no ice. I have had drinks overfilled and pouring down the side of my car with them trying to have them to me. read more

This Zaxby's location is pretty good. The ONLY downside to it is that if you wanna get a bunch of wings it's kind of pricey. And their sauce isn't always that great. read more
