I have passed this place many of times so finally decided to stop . I ordered the chicken tender plate with fries and coleslaw . Husband ordered salad .. I will say I love the fries because of the seasoning but I could not handle the seasoning on the chicken tenders .. Just way too much for me . Tried to scrap some off but could not .. Will not get that any more but will try the BBQue Wings next time and if I like them will probably be back , if not then that will be the end of Zaxbys for me . :) I did like the sauce in the packet for the chicken . The coleslaw was good but just not enough. Doubt it was even 1/4 cup . Husband did like the salad though . When I first had Zaxby's it wasn't that bad, but my GOD has it gone down hill. This is the first time in my life I have ever taken the time to review a restaurant when I had felt unsatisfied. The service is GOD AWFUL. And I'm not one of those people who yell at servers when they make the slightest mistake, either. Everyone makes mistakes, and I think its important to remember that the people "serving" you are human, and are usually trying their best. But I've been going here for more than two years, and not once have they ever gotten my order right. It's gotten to the point whenever i'm talked into going, I explain my order deliberately and slowly, and double check in the vain hopes that they won't fuck it up. And yet, every single time, without fail, they fuck it up. It's the only thing consistent about them. And I guess that wouldn't be terrible if the food was amazing, but it's just not. I actually think it's gotten worse. When I first went there, the food was fine, but now its all soggy, the fries are bland, the texas toast isn't done right, and on top of that, they screw it up. And they got rid of their shakes, which was the only reason anybody even went there in the first place. To anyone reading this thinking about going, don't. Go anywhere else. read more

Ok first of all I decided to give this fast food restaurant a shot since I drive by it everyday wondering if the food is good. So they have a option to order thru their website so u can pick it up the food at a nearest location after arriving to the restaurant we walked up to the counter and we talked to guy in the front counter told him we placed a order on line and boy was clueless I guess he didnt know they had a online ordering system but after that they tried to charge us again umm no sir I will not be charged twice they told us we had to wait 10 minutes till the order was ready well that was a bust after 10 minutes we finally got home and the food was merely mediocre this restaurant is a clone of raising cane . u want some quality chicken go to chick fil a save yourself a trip pass this place up read more

Zaxby's is THE BEST. Chic-fil-a WHO? I love the Zaxby's Club and the Zax's sauce is other worldly.

I like their chicken, it's good quality meat and doesn't taste "fake" and processed, sometimes it can be dry and other times it can be tasty. It's crunchy and not greasy. I love the buttered toast but hate the fries, not a fan of crinkled fries. Also don't like their zaxby sauce, reminds me of raising canes sauce which I don't like either read more

Fall into the group of small franchises that offer chicken fingers with special sauces, which I noticed starting to grow and expand in the southern states (probably because they all started in the south too). Lightly breaded fingers with zesty special sauce with buttered toast and crinkled fries is the main attraction, although I should've tried the fried white cheddar bites (there's always next time). read more

Place was ok. The chicken tenders seems to have too much batter on it and a bit over cooked. Leaves a bit of a burnt flavor after eating it. Fries were good however. Ice tea not so good. Staff was friendly. I won't be back. I will just drive down the street for Raisin Canes for essentially the same, but better food. Same prices too. read more

I enjoy eating at this place especially in uniform because they are LE friendly (20%). However, if you get a new employee they will not hook you up but the food is good either way!!! The wings meal with fries and sweet tea is what I get every time. With some of the new ppl make sure you let them know if you want boneless or bone in because they will assume you want boneless!!! As far as fast food goes Zaxbys is my favorite! The wings, salads and buffalo tenders are comparable if not better than what you would get at a dine in restaurant. I've been eating Zaxbys for years and I'm happy to see them building more locations in the Houston area. read more

I had heard of this chain by seeing it on a Nascar but had no clue what it was outside of some type of chicken joint. Me and my wife finally decided to try it out and let me tell ya we were happy we did. Yeah they are a chicken joint much along thel ines of Chick-fil-A, but IMO they are much better. They have a little more choices than CFA and their prices are better. We both had their chicken strip sandwich combo, which came with fries and a drink. You get 3 strips on the sandwich and they were some of the best chicken strips I have ever had, real tasty and juicy. Their house sauce adds quite a bit to the sandwich as well, and they do not go overboard with it like other places do. Their fries were pretty good as well, with some nice season salt on them for extra flavor. We also had on order of onion rings and an order of spicy fried mushrooms as well (I know a lot of food but what better way to see if they were worth going back to right). Both of those were outstanding with their mushrooms being the best I have had hands down. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. It is somewhere I would tell anyone to go to and I am already ready to head back there and chow down again. read more

Well I really had high hopes for this place because of the reviews I read on here. But unfortunately it was nothing more than just mediocre fast food. I ordered my food online which was convenient but when I got there to pick it up all the employees were clueless on if my food was ready and they tried to charge me again. Had no clue what to do with my online order! On top of that I waited another 10 minutes extra than what I suppose to according to my online order. Usually I would of complained and said my piece but I was running a fever and didn't feel well so I didn't have the strength to argue with idiots at the time. I rather go to chick fila. I got the wings and strips. I did like the wings they weren't horrible but not much flavor going on. The strips were edible... I make better chicken strips at home. The zaxbys sauce did help but canes sauce is way better. The fries suck big time. The only thing I loved was the toast. Will not be going again. read more

Just picked up lunch for the office. First impression: The restaurant was very clean! Second impression: The nice young lady behind the counter repeated my order verbatim before I even had to say anything: Third impression: Order was ready to go and more importantly correct!! Fourth impression: Was helped to my car by GM "Chief" who also threw in sweet tea. Ordering for an office can sometimes be stressful, but Zaxby's made it very pleasant today!!
